So I got upset and started causing a little scene and so she went and got her little chihuahua the assistant manager, kinda strange for a manager to get an assistant manager Mile or Mike not sure to help the situation. The second appt at 11:00 took almost double the amount of time. The first check in and out were smooth sailing with a support person there helping (training?). The second one seemed a little discombobulated with some confusion about giving me my keys and if I had been checked out. Kudos to the two WOMEN mechanics who both did an excellent job with a thorough explanation of advice!! Suggestions for the dept are to put in matching chairs and something to make the waiting area look more appealing.

He seemed very knowledgeable and was willing to come over and help me figure out what I needed without me even having to flag someone down. I have never gotten expired or rotten food here like I have at the Walmart in town, and with the exception of food recalls, my in-season produce is always in stock and easy to find.

The guy watching over the self checkouts wasn't paying attention and was zoning out in a corner. When I finished, paid, and got my receipt, on my way out he then proceeded to accuse me of stealing even though I had my receipt that clearly showed I had paid and then he had my cart wheels locked up on the way out.
