Wednesdays happen to be my favorite due to their $5 dollar sushi deal. All of the produce is incredibly fresh and always ripe! Being from New Jersey, it is hard to accept that a supermarket can offer some of the better subs in the area, but in the case of Publix, it is a simple fact. Again, Publix has always put an emphasis on their customer service and they certainly make you feel welcome. It seems every Publix employee is walk by, they make it a point to greet me. I have to say that it does go a long way. You really cannot go wrong with Publix in terms of heading to a Publix for your supermarket needs. After checking out there, we continued shopping. Because who goes to the store and only get what's on their list, right? After getting everything we wanted, we finally checked out and departed. This Walmart is in a tourist area and has lots and lots of Disney merchandise. Mickey and Minnie Mouse plushies can also be seen perched on a swing that is hanging from the ceiling.

Walmart+ said it has up to 48 hours to complete delivery... WHAT AN INANE POLICY when I'm guessing 70% of deliveries are GROCERIES. I had cold & frozen items in my order. I wasn't waiting. I get to Walmart around 11:30 pm just fuming. I will say W+ customer service was apologetic and quickly canceled my order... but then I still have no groceries. Sooo in my pajamas, exhausted, I get my stuff. I check out, I ask for a manager bc idk how a grocery delivery service can let such egregious behavior ride from an employee. He looked at me like I had 3 heads, and wouldn't even turn to face me when I was telling him how crazy unacceptable this was -- given I was ordering FOOD. What if I didn't have my own transportation...? Would it be acceptable to let someone just go without eating bc Marcellus decided he just wasn't delivering my groceries that night & he was aware of the W+ policy that states he has up to 48 hours to complete the delivery????? I found several items in a clearance section where the entire row was marked with clearance price tags. However, when I got to the register, the items scanned at a higher price. Instead of acknowledging the confusion and investigating the issue, the employee insisted that the scanned price was correct, despite the entire section being labeled differently. If items are placed in a clearance area with clearance tags, customers should be able to trust the posted pricing. Walmart needs to do a better job of ensuring shelf labels match register prices and training staff to handle these situations with better customer service.
