If you want to shop there, you must walk through a haze of cigarette smoke to get in either of the entrances, and once inside, the smoke permeates the shopping cart collection area and beyond. It's unhealthy and disgusting. In the past three years, I've sent three email messages to that store, and I've spoken with two different managers asking that they post no smoking signs in front of the store. They refuse to do so. Also, I've unknowingly purchased dairy and other food items that were already well beyond their expiration dates and some of their produce consistently looks like rejects from better stores. They have no healthy grab-n-go food, let alone a salad bar. I really hate this store.

I appreciate that they reached out to me and will contact them directly in the event I need another arrangement. I ordered a funeral arrangement for my father and paid over $100, I paid extra to ensure delivery on a Friday morning prior to noon. The funeral home contacted me the Monday before and told me the flowers had arrived that morning, obviously they would not last till Friday. I contacted the flower cottage and they said they would make it right. On Friday when I arrived for the service the arrangement was nothing like I ordered as you can see from the photos. I also paid extra for a ribbon with "Dad" on it, had I known they were simply going to write it in marker I would have purchased my own. Needless to say I am extremely disappointed and will never use or recommend the flower cottage again.

She now has her new sidekick Mack who is just as cute, happy, cheerful and still very much a puppy at heart! My kids and I love going in to shop, chat and see Mack. This shop is a nice, feel right at home "small town" store. I definitely recommend you checking it out and making it a regular part of your clothes shopping and/or selling adventures! I figured, since we were in for a long haul ride, I would hit up the facilities just to be sure. Clean and in working order.
