Employees are lacking in numbers as for this trip I walked half the store to find someone. Between my last visit and this visit all but two of the registers have been replaced with Self-service checkouts. I HATE SELF-SERVE CHECKOUTS. And it's been close to a year since my last visit. Overall the visit was decent and I found everything I was looking for. Despite having to hunt down an employee and having to scan-n-pay my own self the visit was ok. So 4-stars to this PX.

I picked up a few items, but suggest, as I have always done in the past before this store opening, to purchase products online, especially popular products as they are never in stock (I have been to this location a few times looking for a specific product to no avail). I came to this mall to stroll and see if I can find some good buys from stores inside…read more Parking can be treaty depending on the day and time. It has been a steady crowd inside the mall. However, a lot of the higher end stores has closed up. I must have a relax mind to come into this mall as it can be overwhelming with some mall guests and crowds. Today it was very mellow for it all. There are eateries around the mall with some anchor restaurants. There are relaxing massage chairs placed around the mall, as well as bathroom in the different sections of the mall all numbered access identified.

In the process of helping us, there was another customer in need having a medical issue and Travis did not hesitate to pause and help that customer while also still acknowledging that he would be back to help me. My son and I were both amazed by Travis' kindness, ability to act quickly and professionalism in the situation. I wanted to share this with someone as he seems like a real gem of an employee.

Technician said they only have 2 staff members, so they decided to close at 4, even though the posted sign has 7 pm. I go to the Walmart in Severn, manager said they are busy, however there are no cars in any of the bays while I stand at the register for 30 min. I'm told they are short staffed after 4, when most people get off work. Why don't they post a sign saying, we'll sell you tires, but good luck if you need repair work done, even if you purchase the plan.

My only problem is when you go to the cashier with your own bag. They act as though you're suppose to bag it yourself. Remember you're still the cashier. If I wanted to bag it myself. I would go to the self checkout line. Be helpful if you see my own bags. You still need to bag it. I shouldn't have to ask.

They had a great selection of women's clothing for this season, but I didn't want to get distracted from my initial mission.... The checkout line was long, as usual, but moved rather quickly with the service being ok and staff very pleasant. I would suggest going to this store once it opens and preferably during the week to cut down on the long checkout lines. All in all, a nice store to pick up toiletry items at great prices. Sorry I didn't get pics of the inside, I was in a rush and had to tackle more runs on my to/do list!

I visited the Marshall's today looking for particular items…read more I was pleasantly surprised to find garments in my size and on clearance. I didn't notice one of the garments didn't have a price tag at all, and so when I went to the clerk to be rung up, she pointed it out. I told her that I got it from the same clearance rack, and that there were other garments on the rack of the same brand. She started speaking low and put it to the side; I was under the assumption that she would perhaps call an associate for assistance to find a similar item. No! She just put that item to the side! I told her, I still wanted it, and if it was possible to get something similar. The other garment set I was rung up for was the same price - clearance - and same THING - right down to the quantity in the set! It was just not the same brand. She then shrugged her shoulders and offered a sheepish smile, and I just took that as my indication that I was going to have to get this item myself. So I went - walk of shame - while there were associates in the area who were on walkie and could have easily been communicated with to find an item - to find it myself. I initially became frustrated when I returned to the queue and found it to have accumulated quite a line. I was relieved to see that the clerk waved me back to my spot - though I'm not sure if the customers in front of me were going to be serviced or were communicated with in any capacity... Asides from the lack of initiative from customer service - the merchandise selection is pretty broad and there is are generous clearance deals throughout the store. I was able to find what I was looking for and some things that crossed my mind.
