I gave 2 stars because the women working were extremely friendly...but that's about it. Unfortunately I don't plan to return.

Under the "revamped" arrangement, they are now pricing items based on weight ($1.99 per pound) every day. Problem is, you can't identify what you are purchasing as you are still prohibited from inspecting the contents, and the packages are taped to the point of complete concealment. The quantity of available packages is minimal with each of the bins (about 20 of them) having a countable limited quantity in them. And in addition to this, signage on the walls indicates that the minimum purchase is 5 pounds. Therefore, if you do want a single lightweight item, you are committed to spending $10.00 on it. Many of the packages are 15-20 pounds in weight which means you are buying an unknown item of unknown condition and will be spending $30-40 for it. The items being offered are likely rejects of items that were not/could not be sold on their auction site. This is an attempt to unload the rejects. Clearly, the individuals who developed this concept don't have ANY business logic as this arrangement is so flawed that it can't help but completely fail. This place is not worth anyone's time and I had to laugh inside when I saw what they had developed as a business concept. I give them 3 months. Tops.

There is parallel parking on both sides of the street. If Zydeco's is busy there's additional parking to the West plus a parking lot. I love supporting small business owners who take such pride in their business. We were greeted by a very pleasant woman, and her adorable, tini poodle, Ivory, upon entering the store. She casually chatted with us as we shopped, made us feel very welcomed and was never overbearing. The store is very light, open and spacious. The front half has really sweet, affordable, home decor and a variety of jewelry. Women's clothing, shoes and dressing rooms are to the rear. She carries womens clothing from size small to plus sizes without the boutique prices. Take the time to try on clothing, if time permits, because she doesn't give refunds, only a store credit. Something More is well organized, nice groupings of home decor (mirrors, vases, candles, etc.), jewelry and cute clothing arranged by sizes. There's a furniture grouping (sofa, coffee table, etc.) as you enter but I didn't check to see if it was for sale or waiting husbands. I found some great gift items as I browsed the store and purchased a couple nice blouses. I look forward to visiting Something More when in Mooresville again. I did notice the website hours don't match up with the hours on Yelp. I tried to look up information about the workshops they have, but nothing came up when I clicked on the link. I didn't see any info about it and even asked the employee at the register if she knew anything about prices or what they entail. She didn't know the prices or what all was made. Not her fault. She said the customers get to wear cute aprons though. :-) Hopefully they will add information and expand some more in the building to make it even more open. I must've picked a good day to come because they had .25 cent adoptive succulents! I bought about 5 or so of them. Some were big! Originally $6.50 for the big succulents! Only a quarter! I came in for an air plant to fit into one of those magnetic vases that hangs. I found one! They had very pretty vases and hand picked sunflowers in vases at the register that you could buy. They also had Young Living essential oils, Indy Coffee Roaster coffee, candles and soaps, and honey for sale. **On Saturday, Sept. 7th they will be hosting their first "modern market." It will be like a farmers market featuring restaurants, local artists, and fall foliage.

The two restored traffic lights were a great deal and my husband always checks out traffic lights. Even though it was bigger than I needed, I figured out how to make it work. They do have a rewards program but I'm not enrolled because I don't shop here very often. The cashier says it offers 15% off but I don't know if that's for signing up or every day.

Plan on spending a couple of hours if you look closely at everything. I don't linger; I walk at a good pace and stop when something catches my eyes. It still took me about an hour to get through 3/4 of the building. We simply ran out of time to finish browsing. You can find almost anything you're looking for at Treasure's. Clothing, jewelry, electronics, music, tools, books, furniture, small and large appliances, comic books, comic book characters, magazines, toys, wigs, nail polish, and home decor to start with. Prices appear to be reasonable on the items I checked. Prices varied per booth, and what the seller felt items were worth. I'll most likely stop in again when I have enough time to browse the rest of the store. Several interesting things got my attention.

Since the building is old, there are a several uneven walkways that are marked. We had trouble finding parking, as all the street spaces were full.
