They offer a bit of everything & the inventory turns over quickly. The furniture is all cleaned & many pieces look brand new. Do take the chairs & such for a test run. As, in all thrift stores, I found recliners that did not want to cooperate. I also saw a couch & loveseat that looked like it belonged in a designer showroom. I have learned 1 "big"lesson....don't go home to sleep on the idea of a purchase. I made that mistake & when I returned the next day, the item I wanted was gone! If you want it, buy it.....not the time for procrastination. Staff is very helpful and engaging. What's a girl to do? Live & learn, procrastination just isn't the way to live & prosper.

There are so many expired or almost expired items on these shelves on a regular basis. I have purchased cartons and cartons of eggs that have passed, right from the front of the fridge. I don't understand what is or isn't being done. Unfortunately, everything after the purchase was the complete opposite. About a week later, I received a call offering to schedule delivery -- even though I hadn't purchased delivery. I was told the earliest they could bring it was the next day, and I agreed. I stayed home all day waiting. They said I would receive a call or text 30 minutes before arrival, but I never got one. I reached out to the same number that had texted me about delivery, and at first I was told I wasn't on the truck at all. After I explained that I had spoken to someone the day before who scheduled me for that day, the person suddenly changed their answer and said I was on the truck after all. Then I received a call from a woman named Amanda, who claimed to be the office manager. Her attitude was unprofessional from the start. When I asked to speak with someone else or contact the owner, she refused to provide a phone number, email, or any way to reach him -- making it seem "secretive" and that there was no way for me to leave a message. I found that extremely concerning for any business. Instead of helping resolve the confusion created by their own staff, Amanda became increasingly rude and told me I would have to pay the delivery fee or pick it up myself. I had no issue picking it up originally, but I accepted delivery only because they offered it to me multiple times -- by phone, voicemail, and text. I was simply trying to follow the arrangements they themselves made. After hanging up, I called the other store location to speak with Jason. I initially spoke with a front desk employee, but in the middle of the conversation, the call was switched back to Amanda without warning, as if they were trying to be sneaky. She raised her voice and insisted it was "her phone," even though I had called the store line directly. The entire experience felt disorganized, unprofessional, and frankly dishonest. The only positive part of this purchase was the salesperson in the showroom. Because of the behavior and attitude of the office staff -- especially Amanda -- I would not recommend this business and will not be returning. I hope the couch itself holds up better than the customer service did. The owner Jason should probably be more involved. Still no call back.

The employees are usually friendly, helpful, and provide excellent customer service, which is why Publix is my favorite grocery store. Unfortunately, my experience at this particular location today was disappointing. When I asked the deli employee if I could purchase popcorn chicken by weight and have about half a cup filled, she responded very rudely and told me they don't do that and that I had to buy one of the pre-filled large cups. I understand that different stores or departments may have different policies, and I had no problem buying the larger cup instead. My concern wasn't the policy--it was the way I was treated. At every other Publix I've visited, the deli staff has gladly filled the amount I requested and sold it by weight, so I was surprised by both the response and the attitude. I simply believe customers should be treated with kindness and respect, even when the answer is no. I hope management can remind their staff that courteous customer service is one of the things that makes Publix stand out. I know this experience isn't typical of the excellent service I've received at other Publix locations.
