This visit was my first at a Roses in FL. The store was clean and organized. Stock was plentiful. They had exactly what I needed; the $0.50 dish towels. Cotton cloth made in India with random name brands slapped on, but the quality is a crazy deal for the price. Years ago I bought some of the world's finest French linens in St.-Jean-de-Luz France, and lol, these do not compare to those, BUT the daily use linens they also sold (what Williams-Sonoma would sh!t themselves for) are comparable to these dish towels, but cost WAYYYY more! I bought a set of 10 in each color of the white with single color. They even look Provincale! Snipped off the dish towel hang loop, washed in hot water to shrink (and thicken), and voila! My new napkins! The ladies here were so sweet and I even got a discount! Love this store!

Sometimes you try to get a pub sub and it's a nightmare, but we've had zero issues at this location. Everyone is kind and not too in your face (you know what I mean with some of the aggressively helpful folks) and I can get in and out of this place easily. Everyone has their favorite location, and this one is mine.

This ALDI in Jacksonville is my 58th ALDI review and that includes 5 other ALDIs in Florida. Carts outside that require a 25 cent deposit. Inside, the aisle are laid out the same with produce and then dry goods. Commercial bakery (not a fresh bakery as they do not have a bakery on site), cold items like cheese and such, aisles of canned goods, baking, kitchen, beer and wine (if allowed by state law), meats and seafood, freezer bunkers, frozen coolers and of course, the Aisle of Awesomeness with random stuff that you never know. Sometimes, lawn sprinklers or security lighting or women's pajama sets. It's just fabulous. Checking out today with snacks and sliced meat and slices cheese was easy and efficient. I'd brought my reusable shopping bag so no need to purchase bags today. And then return the cart to get my deposit back. Five stars for this ALDI in Jacksonville.
