Bad Meat! This is the second time to buy meat at this location that turned out bad. NOT past the sell by date and handled correctly by the consumer (me). This time it was the ground chuck. Old school stuck in the 90's store. They don't have any self checkout options when checking out so they're always long lines. They don't even have hand baskets! Get this, I asked for a paper bag for my bread and the customer service lady flat out said "NO", I figured maybe they didn't have any to spare. So as I walked out after checking out, I noticed a pile of unused Winn-Dixie paper bags crammed on the side near the exit . This store definitely needs an upgrade, stop being so cheap. More customer decency and courtesy, less budget saving protocols please. read more

Hey, someone is on the ball. This is the cleanest store. I have been stopping by this Orange Park Winn Dixie for years. It has been, well, in need of some love. Looks to me like someone is in a relationship with Winn Dixie. This love affair has resulted in Winn Dixie to bright, shine and look fantastic. Way to go Winn Dixie team! read more

We were down the street at the County Clerk's office applying for Passports. Unfortunately it's 2018 and they still only accept money orders or cash. Luckily this Winn-Dixie was down the street and we were able to swing by here and pick up a few money orders and get back to the clerk's office. The customer service rep was nice and we were in and out in about 10 minutes. I guess a lot of people come here for money orders since the CSR knew the fee etc. by heart. Cheaper to get money orders from here than the post office FYI, closer to the clerk's office too. read more

Most of my reviews have been for restaurants and elite events, but I've started posting more and more on other businesses. I had to let people know that this location has up its game when it comes to customer service this past year. Shelves are well stocked, place is always clean and the employees actually ask if you need any help finding something without me asking first. This store is a bit smaller than some, but it does make finding what you came in for quick and easy. read more

Because of Winn - Dixie. That was a cute movie, but the Winn Dixies I've been to have yet to live up to that name. I have only had indifferent service and the store layout is so confusing to me. Also, the produce is never fresh appearing and when I walk in I just don't get that welcomed feeling. Maybe you are different but this isn't the store for me. Everything seems clean, staff seems with-it, and the prices are like everywhere else (high). Though the prices seem higher than Publix whenever I compare the two. Anyway, everyone has their favorite grocery stores, but Winn Dixie is not mine. read more

This is the first grocery store I have walked in and an employee hands me an aisle guide and asks if I need assistance. The employees are great and the store is clean and they make it easy to find what you need. I was truly impressed that I had to add them to my Yelp! read more

What a beautiful renovation at this Winn Dixie location off of Kingsley & Park Avenue! The store is a model version of what a nice, community grocery store should look like; clean, well stocked and staffed by warm and welcoming people. More importantly, it's a store that has a staff of store clerks that truly make you feel you're in the right place to do your usual shopping. Justin is one of the clerks that is always upbeat and filling in wherever needed; cashiering, bagging, helping people out to their car with their carts or at the Lottery counter to offer assistance. No grass grows under his feet! :O) Then there's Yvette, what a dear lady! Every, and I mean every visit, she has her gleaming smile and willingness to service you; be it for a Money Order, Lotto or a friendly chit chat about the weather and your day. I had the pleasure this week to meet a new addition to the wonderful staff, Theresa. Moving to FL from New York, she was a breath of fresh air in talking with her while she took care of my purchases-not missing a beat in keeping the process going while maintaining a friendly conversation. That's truly Service with a capital "S"! :O) I was saddened by the closing of the other local store on Blanding, but having this location and all that it has to offer, I'm happy to drive there for my groceries. read more

I have been shopping at this location for over 2 years and have never had a problem until the last couple of weeks. Several cashiers and a Mgr have been very rude and no matter how great your prices are, I will shop elsewhere from now on. Customer service does not exist at this location. read more

Decent grocery store. Has that weird musty smell as soon as you walk in the front door. Staff is friendly & helpful. Needs a bigger organic selection. Definitely could use a face lift. Store is clean & shelves are organized. read more

Really like the location and management of this store. The store is clean and organized. Lately, the selection has dropped off though. Assuming it is because of SE grocers struggles, but when you start removing items that people actually buy with regularity, you're going to lose business. I have stopped in every week for the last four years to pick up an eight pack of burgers from the meat dept. Of course, there will be times that things are sold out, I understand this, but it has now been over a month since I've seen this on your shelves. Your once great cheese section (by the deli), now overridden with humus. Again, I understand humus is popular and (hopefully) makes you money, but where did the cheese go? I bought $20 of a certain cheese from you every month, but now I have to go to Publix for it. Want another example? Iced coffee. Isn't this stuff popular? Where did it go? Almond milk needed the shelf space, I guess. Again, I really like this store, and give it as much business as possible, but the selection is making hard for me to do that (and I don't even like Publix). One area for improvement: teach the school kids at checkout a little more customer service. My two visits this week, when I was asked if I found everything, I said no. One cashier had no reaction. The second one at least asked me what I couldn't find, but then ignored me when I answered. read more
