Sure enough she was rude to me also and there was no reason to act this way at all. Young girl abt 20 something light brown hair below the shoulders about 5'6" or so Point is if she hates her job quit... I been in customer service for years and if I ever behaved to MY customers like she did TWICE (myself and an unknown customer she was backstabbing about) I would have been fired, perhaps she needs to be also,,, fired that is.
