He showed me around, looked up additional items online at other stores and I told him I would be back. I visited at Home for furniture and found my best bet with availability (in-stock), price and convenience was located at Big Lots!, in The Colony. I returned late afternoon and Mr. Pat remembered me, I told him I was ready. One of the items was not available; he worked with his manager Erin and I was able to get the floor model. She was AMAZING, she made sure I received my discounts and again, very professional and attentive. I usually visit my neighborhood Big Lots for Knick knacks; but, I must say, I will be spending more time there thanks to Mr. Pat and the manager, Erin.

We've bought from Ashley, from Havertys from Macy's, and we've bought from a couple of high-end hand made furniture stores in the past 22 years. But we've NEVER found anything that holds up like our Amish furniture. About 11 years ago we decided to splurge and bought a dining room set with eight chairs, coffee table, end tables and a full bedroom set. We have two rowdy boys who love to play around. 11 years later everything still looks almost brand new!! In addition the customer service from the family owned store in Frisco is just amazing...they were very kind and patient with our i decisiveness, and very much willing to work with us on customized pieces- they gave us a good discount for buying multiple rooms and in the end, i know we have paid less bc we did not have to replace furniture every 5-10 years.
