After they got adjusted to their schedule, the stocking manager asked too much of them and asked for more than what their schedule wanted. it is u fair to put someone in that position And make them become a full time employee when the job title originally was for part time and only the hours I stated above. unless they agreed to work more hours, cool, but they didn't and we have been trying to constantly, consistently change their schedule to make it appropriate but the stocking manager doesn't care about our lives outside of target. and he practically said that he knows we have things going on outside of target , but that shouldn't affect us. Which is COMPLETE BULLSHIT! Because it does. making a part time employee full time without their consent and just putting it on the schedule is INSANE! Also, instead of coming in at 4:30, the stocking manager asked people to come in at 4am instead and people were a few minutes late sometimes and the manager told them they were gonna get fired soon...., that's cool and all BUT if you are the manager, you would expect them to come on time too right?
