I'm disappointed in how little compensation they give for the clothes that you sell. I've sold some really nice brands of clothing that don't fit me anymore and got very little in return. Plato's closet is definitely my #1 choice for selling used clothes. They give way more cash in return and accept a broader variety of brands and types of apparel. Unfortunately there's only one plato's in Cary and Uptown is way closer to me.

There are also a few identical clothes, but the reception lady only accepts one of the same suspenders, and another skirt is brand new. The brand has not been torn off and put it at the bottom. But the lady at the front desk didn't even look at them carefully, so she randomly chose two pieces and gave me a dollars. And they told me you can take all of them back with you or leave it. The way talk (reaction and attitude ) are such rude.

Shoes and clothing haven't been a hit for me, but I am somewhat picky. My teens don't have much luck finding clothing here either. You can sometimes find some pretty good perfume and skincare deals here. Love the shopping center because it has a Bath and Body Works and Rack Room Shoes right next door, a Target, and a Nordstrom Rack with a nearby Homegoods, Trader Joe's, Ulta, White House Black Market and more. Lots of places to pick up a quick bite to eat too. The employees are nice.

Items are priced better than most stores and always have the stickers on the items. There are multiple options in every section which is nice. There is always a line for checking out but it moves very quickly as they have multiple cashiers who are friendly. One of my favorite stores in the area.

Target in Apex is a big store where you can find almost anything under one roof. They have a good…read moreselection of clothes, a nice birthday section, plants, groceries, toys, and more. I also like that there's a CVS pharmacy and a Starbucks inside, which is super convenient. One of the main reasons I go there is their fresh produce. It's usually really good. Ordering online with drive-up pickup is also very quick and easy. Another thing I like is that you can even do returns through drive-up, which is perfect for lazy people like me.. lol! They're open until 11 PM, so if you suddenly need something late in the evening, you can usually rely on Target. Overall, it's one of the stores I depend on regularly.

They had tons of clothing, food, bedding, and many other miscellaneous items :) My only real complaint was that I found it very challenging to find a specific aisle I was looking for. I knew I had to go to aisle S, but the letters just seemed randomly ordered to me. I basically just wandered around aimlessly until I found someone to help me. That'd probably be the case at all Targets, though :) Anyway, the checkout process went smoothly and overall I was happy with my visit.

I am glad I did, as Cat Angels Thrift Store is the perfect local thrift spot. I am forever looking for lowkey, under the radar-type thrift shops, and this one fits the bill. The space is quite small and well-organized. There are racks of clothing along the walls and a shoe cubby. I really appreciate how neat everything was, and how the clothing was reliably sorted by size. It made the browsing experience really enjoyable. There were lots of unique pieces and good materials. I ended up snagging a pair of Sam Edelman boots for under $20, and they were in great condition. There is a stamp card available as well! You get a stamp for each shopping trip over $20. Once you fill the card, you get $$ off your next purchase (I forget the amount off the top of my head). I am glad that money goes towards a no-kill cat shelter, and will definitely shop/donate here going forward.

The store has everything and…read moreanything you might need or didn't know you needed, from home yoga equipment to hats to fanny packs to earrings to kitchenware to shoes to bags to suitcases to dresses to home accessories like art, furniture, decor, rugs, linens, etc. I literally was not planning to get anything while on a stroll, but then I found myself walking out of T.J. Maxx & HomeGoods with three business tops, a pair of shoes, and a travel pillow. It is nice that both T.J.Maxx and HomeGoods are together in the same space - it makes finding unique buys and deals easy! It is a clean and beautiful store with friendly staff. The cashiers are warm and you can easily find staff around who can help you find things. It is well-stocked and has a large variety of unique finds, so every store visit is like a treasure hunting experience. I also feel like I'm getting great deals and bargains when I shop there because they sell quality items that last me a long time and at great prices. T.J.Maxx & HomeGoods is also located at a prime location at Beaver Creek Crossings, which is a beautiful large shopping place with a mix of national retailers, contemporary brands, and distinctive shops and dining. I would highly recommend shopping at T.J. Maxx & HomeGoods!!! The women in the showroom were very knowledgeable & made the purchasing process seamless. The color couch we wanted was not something that was in stock & was going to take 6-8 weeks to be delivered, which we were fine with. They had plenty of other options that could have been delivered sooner but this was the one we really wanted. They had everything delivered to us within the given time frame! The gentlemen who delivered the couch were professional & efficient. It had been raining on the day of delivery so the ground was wet, but they got the couches in our back door and not a spot on them. Very reasonably priced furniture & a great team to assist you! We will definitely be stopping here first for any future furniture needs.

A bit disconcerting, almost like a black Friday experience! Right when you walk in you see shoes and then a discounted clothing rack. There are so many racks of clothing! They also had a nice selection of books, artwork, and housewares. All of the employees (volunteers?) were very nice and welcoming and helpful. Truly one of the friendliest thrift stores I have been to. The only things I didn't like were how busy it was but it is awesome so I guess it's only fair that so many people love it. The other thing is that some items were ridiculously priced...I didn't see an overwhelming amount of this but enough that I thought to mention. Overall a fun place to shop!

The clothes are not arranged by size, so plan to spend a lot of time searching. The prices here on everything has gone up a lot in the last year. I have seen several things that I could buy new for cheaper or the same price. Very sad that they are taking advantage of those of us who depend on thrift stores . Definitely not the best prices or organization of items. Other stores in the area are better. Cashiers are usually ok and the line moves quickly due to multiple cashiers available.
