The $0.50 added charge is not much, but it's a 40% increase from the package price. Dollar Tree increased everything 25% to $1.25 and the tariffs ended. So I don't understand why they keep increasing their prices.

I'm disappointed in how little compensation they give for the clothes that you sell. I've sold some really nice brands of clothing that don't fit me anymore and got very little in return. Plato's closet is definitely my #1 choice for selling used clothes. They give way more cash in return and accept a broader variety of brands and types of apparel. Unfortunately there's only one plato's in Cary and Uptown is way closer to me.

The way talk (reaction and attitude ) are such rude.

I also like that there's a CVS pharmacy and a Starbucks inside, which is super convenient. One of the main reasons I go there is their fresh produce. It's usually really good. Ordering online with drive-up pickup is also very quick and easy. Another thing I like is that you can even do returns through drive-up, which is perfect for lazy people like me.. lol! They're open until 11 PM, so if you suddenly need something late in the evening, you can usually rely on Target. Overall, it's one of the stores I depend on regularly.

I am glad I did, as Cat Angels Thrift Store is the perfect local thrift spot. I am forever looking for lowkey, under the radar-type thrift shops, and this one fits the bill. The space is quite small and well-organized. There are racks of clothing along the walls and a shoe cubby. I really appreciate how neat everything was, and how the clothing was reliably sorted by size. It made the browsing experience really enjoyable. There were lots of unique pieces and good materials. I ended up snagging a pair of Sam Edelman boots for under $20, and they were in great condition. There is a stamp card available as well! You get a stamp for each shopping trip over $20. Once you fill the card, you get $$ off your next purchase (I forget the amount off the top of my head). I am glad that money goes towards a no-kill cat shelter, and will definitely shop/donate here going forward.

Maxx & HomeGoods with three business tops, a pair of shoes, and a travel pillow. It is nice that both T.J.Maxx and HomeGoods are together in the same space - it makes finding unique buys and deals easy! It is a clean and beautiful store with friendly staff. The cashiers are warm and you can easily find staff around who can help you find things. It is well-stocked and has a large variety of unique finds, so every store visit is like a treasure hunting experience. I also feel like I'm getting great deals and bargains when I shop there because they sell quality items that last me a long time and at great prices. T.J.Maxx & HomeGoods is also located at a prime location at Beaver Creek Crossings, which is a beautiful large shopping place with a mix of national retailers, contemporary brands, and distinctive shops and dining. The women in the showroom were very knowledgeable & made the purchasing process seamless. The color couch we wanted was not something that was in stock & was going to take 6-8 weeks to be delivered, which we were fine with. They had plenty of other options that could have been delivered sooner but this was the one we really wanted. They had everything delivered to us within the given time frame! The gentlemen who delivered the couch were professional & efficient. It had been raining on the day of delivery so the ground was wet, but they got the couches in our back door and not a spot on them. Very reasonably priced furniture & a great team to assist you! We will definitely be stopping here first for any future furniture needs.

They also had a nice selection of books, artwork, and housewares. All of the employees (volunteers?) were very nice and welcoming and helpful. Truly one of the friendliest thrift stores I have been to. The only things I didn't like were how busy it was but it is awesome so I guess it's only fair that so many people love it.
