It's a specialized shoe store, so this isn't DICK'S Sporting Goods Store. The sales associates will actually greet you and assist you if you need to fit any of their shoes. Don't get me wrong... if you're an avid runner and / or need great walking shoes, you should just open up your wallet in order to protect your feet and to feel good while exercising, you know? Let's just say I've gotten heck great deals on the merchandise. I've purchased a pair of Brooks Ghost Running shoes for 40% off, and other running gears for 50-65% off. It's A DEAL! I'm coming back there today in order to get couple more stuff before they'd end their sales event.

This one time he told me I was making his job harder without the tag and to not bring "this shit" back to him. I spoke with the manager about it and the manager said that was completely wrong and he shouldn't have said that.... Then yesterday I was shopping and heard him telling another employee that he was ready to beat a customer's ass... I get customer service can be very difficult as I have worked it myself but if you can't at least pretend to be nice which is your whole main job maybe find a new profession instead of being violent towards your customers. When I checked with Lowe's they assured me a refund had been requested. When our credit card did not show a refund after 10 days I called Lowe's and they said the refund would be issued after the company received the oven back! I called and finally got someone who said the information we received was not correct and a refund had not been requested. We finally received our refund after multiple calls. Really disappointing how it was handled and I'll never buy anything from Lowe's again.
