Also, I used to shop Sunday mornings when the color tag change took place- I specifically went for the $1.99 color tags. I noticed they would "pull" all those items the night beforehand. I would find maybe 3-5 items in the entire store with that color. I've even witnessed employees pulling them on Sunday mornings and taking them to the back. Anyway, I happened to read a post from my community Group on Facebook about "a progressive sale event" happening through Presidents' Day weekend. I decided to check it out. It's a specialized shoe store, so this isn't DICK'S Sporting Goods Store. The sales associates will actually greet you and assist you if you need to fit any of their shoes. Don't get me wrong... if you're an avid runner and / or need great walking shoes, you should just open up your wallet in order to protect your feet and to feel good while exercising, you know? Let's just say I've gotten heck great deals on the merchandise. I've purchased a pair of Brooks Ghost Running shoes for 40% off, and other running gears for 50-65% off. It's A DEAL! I'm coming back there today in order to get couple more stuff before they'd end their sales event.

So my wife decided to read the back of the packet of the treats. Turns out that they were expired. November 2025. I tried going into Walmart and letting them know about this, all they did was take down my phone number and tell me that I was going to get a call. Three days have passed and still complete silence. In my book, this is unacceptable. I feel bad for my puppy, but I also feel bad for us. It is not a easy task keeping up with this guy when he can't control his bowels.

I've left multiple conversations feeling frustrated, discouraged, and without the information I needed to make informed decisions. In my most recent visit, I explained to Rochelle that my husband had purchased my glasses as a Christmas gift and that I wasn't completely sure if they were bought at Costco, but it was very likely. Earlier that day, I had called and spoken with someone in the optical department who advised me that there were options available either they could look up proof of purchase through my membership or I could pay a fee to have my prescription added to my current eyewear. When I came in later that evening, Rochelle was the only person available. After I explained the situation, her response was extremely rude and implied I was lying. When I asked what my options were, I was told that I did not have any. I shared that I had already spoken with someone earlier and did not appreciate feeling like information was being withheld. I then asked to speak with a manager. A young man that was manager came over shortly after, he said he was unsure how to handle the situation. At that point, I felt uncomfortable and defeated, and decided to leave. Because this has happened more than once with Rochelle, I've started to feel uncomfortable seeking services there, as I worry about having another negative interactions. I value clear, respectful communication and would really appreciate a more supportive and consistent experience moving forward. The store overall is a good experience definitely room for improvement in customer service all around with workers and improvement on better quality items.

When I checked with Lowe's they assured me a refund had been requested. When our credit card did not show a refund after 10 days I called Lowe's and they said the refund would be issued after the company received the oven back! I called and finally got someone who said the information we received was not correct and a refund had not been requested. We finally received our refund after multiple calls. Really disappointing how it was handled and I'll never buy anything from Lowe's again.
