I'll be right with you and waiting and waiting and waiting and waiting and did I still keep saying that I was still waiting for that person to come back I probably never came back so I walked around another gentleman older told me it's over an aisle 2425. I'm in the middle of the store looking like what am I supposed to be looking for? I'm just looking for an air conditioner part he's like oh you might want this one like I don't want the whole kit. I just need the tubing. You might have to order that on. Amazon goes no though Amazon's probably better he goes well. What about Lowe's? This is probably Amazon so no now I'm going to Home Depot cause I might get Help there, but don't hold your breath cause I'll complain about them too is ridiculous. People can't help nobody anymore. We've always preferred Lowe's to Home Depot until now! We purchased a gas oven but after the installation people checked they found the gas connection needed to be updated so the oven was returned....it was never unloaded from their truck. When I checked with Lowe's they assured me a refund had been requested. When our credit card did not show a refund after 10 days I called Lowe's and they said the refund would be issued after the company received the oven back! I called and finally got someone who said the information we received was not correct and a refund had not been requested. We finally received our refund after multiple calls. Really disappointing how it was handled and I'll never buy anything from Lowe's again. read more

I bought a dishwasher from Lowe's and they came to install it and after they left, it wasn't assembled all the way it wasn't secured to the countertop. It wasn't leveled with leveling feet and it was hanging the spot where they were supposed to mount it so that the door don't even close when I went to the store to complain about it. I waited for a half hour to speak to an assistant manager or a manager and nobody ever came I will never use Lowe's again. I will never shop there. read more

I visited over a week ago and bought a microwave. It was not in stock at the store but I was told it was in the warehouse and they would call me when it arrived early this week. I made it to Saturday. No call. So I called. Twice. The first time I was put on hold. After 25 minutes of waiting someone disconnected me. So I called back. They responded they were busy and that they would call me back. They didn't, so I went in this afternoon. They told me the unit had in fact been delivered but that they needed to find it. I waited over 20 minutes and was finally told they located it and would bring it up. Another 10+ minutes before a guy came with a cart and left it. No loading help. He just disappeared. Apparently Lowe's thinks they are a doctors office and they have zero regard for the value of my time. This is why people shop online, or at Home Depot. I won't be back. read more

Lowe's Home Improvement - No help evident in appliances - Nurseries & Gardening Near Me - Bonney Lake, Washington

Went into Lowe's Bonney Lake to pick up some items, which included some replacement sprinkler heads. At checkout the sprinkler heads would not "ring up", although the print out from their web site (which I had printed off and brought with me), showed the price. So I had the product (which was located on their shelf), and had verification of price, which matched their website. Yet they refused to sell me the product... (Interesting business model). Once I got home, I researched the reasons for this to happen; only to realize that those products are basically illegal to sell in the State of Washington under the guidelines of HB1444, which states that sprinkler heads manufactured prior to "January 1, 2021" cannot be used. So this product has obviously been sitting on their shelves for over two and a half years! Makes you wonder what other products in this store are well past its use? read more

We invested hours researching and purchasing a new refrigerator. More hours preparing for the delivry - inclding moving our cars to promote easy access to our front door. Our delivery window was 4 hours between 12:30 and 4:30 PM. We tracked the delvery progress on the app and the driver telephoned us at 4:00 pm. I told him about our challenging driveway and suggested he back in (worked well for many other deliveries). The truck arrived and I went out to meet it (he didn't back as suggested) to see him drive off - no call - nothing. I assumed he was turning arround up the street and after a few minutes I went to see - he vanished! I tried his cell (from the earlier call) and it went staight to his voice mail. I left a message asking what happened and for a call back - it never ha ppened. 30 minutes later i finally reached someone (by phone) who apologized and scheduled me for "The earliest next delivery - Wednesday" (today is Saturday). Wow! I suggested i ahould cancel my order, but the said they will make "concessions for my inconvenience'. I'm interested to see what these "concessions" look like and will post an update Mwanwhile we put our food back into our hobling old refrigeraror, setting our coolers aside in wait for Wednesday's "adventure". read more

Ordering online is just as bad as going to this store itself. Every time I go to this location, they are sold out of what I am looking for. As far as the website goes, Mon Dieu! Multiple times I have tried to order online as items are typically not in the store. I only pick what is available for delivery and when I go to check out, it says that items are not available for delivery and to remove them for the cart. Of course it does not tell you which item, so you go through removing things one by one to find that none of the items are available for delivery EVEN THOUGH THEY ALL SAY THEY ARE! It's companies like this that deserve to be put out of business by Amazon. Hopefully this location will close soon and be replaced by something worthwhile. read more

I've ordered twice here for pick up and it's taken them over 6 hours to have my order ready then suggested I go grab the item myself and cancel my order. When I would order from Tacoma lowes, their store pick up always has all my items ready within the hour. Was recently in town visiting family and found myself at the Booney Lake store because in search of extension cords. When we first arrived we thought the store was closed because we couldn't find a single store employee to give us direction. Then to top it all off, we were asked to leave the store because I was wearing an 'Incredible Hulk' tee shirt and somebody complained about it being offensive and racist towards the 'hulk nation'??? I ordered a freezer online that your store said was available .. your delivery dispatch person called to verify a delivery date. On the day of the delivery your delivery DRIVER calls me to tell me that the freezer was sold out from under me. I have spent tens of THOUSANDS at that store and what was Mark's solution? Mark's solution was to offer me a 30 dollar discount and I'd have a freezer in two weeks. My loyalty was worth 30 dollars. I called and raised hell with Lowe's consumer affairs who got a freezer delivered the next day from another location. I will go back to the Bonney Lake Lowe's AFTER Mark is FIRED. read more

Went in yesterday, May 14th, hoping to purchase or order a French door fridge, new washer and dryer, and possibly window shades for the house we are building. I spent 20+ mins wandering around the appliance section, and though there were many employees around, not ONE offered help, asked if i had questions, or called an employee of that department. I was prepared to spend $5,000 but instead I will shop elsewhere. The man at the key counter where I stopped to look at keyless deadbolts was friendly and helpful, he earned the store one star, but i went home and ordered that on Amazon instead. read more

Terrible customer service. I ordered a washer/dryer on sale and then second guessed myself about the model of the washer. Cancelled it and then realized I was right all along. Tried to reorder it at which point they charged me full price. I cancelled the whole order so they lost over $2,000. Not very smart business practices. I came by to see if they had a double curtain rod for my boys' room and black out curtains. I asked an associate for help and they just pointed me to the aisle. I asked a supervisor for help and he went up to an associate who was in the middle of helping someone else and told her to help me when she was done and then showed me to the same aisle as before to stare at the same curtain rods. Finally this lady comes to help me and she has no clue if they have double curtain rods, doesn't even help me look, and then shows me their horrible supply of curtains. ****PLEASE READ****** I have always been a loyal lowes shopper. I am a business owner and it's nice to get away from the busy Home Depot . Slower pace, better parking . Pros and cons of each store. I recently installed 3 toilets for a customer in bonney lake. During installation of the 3rd and final toilet I noticed that the toilet was used. I won't go into detail but let's say it was obvious. My customers old toilet is off and now I have to box this toilet back up drive all the way to lowes and start this process over again! Being a small business owner time is money and this was really impacting my day. I called the office and told our secretary to let the other customers scheduled for the day that I would be late and explained what was happening . She called lowes and spoke to Jeff the store manager. She explained the problem and how this was impacting our day. He was extremely kind and understanding. I don't want to say all the details on how he rectified this situation because it may be a case by case basis but let's say they went up and over our expectations. By the time we arrived to return the toilet that night Jeff had updated Carl and Emily the other mangers so they were up to speed . If you are thinking about hiring Bonney Lake Lowe's for your home improvement, don't walk, RUN! Take a jetpack if you can!!! There is so much "Nope" you're about to read here that I can't even cope at the moment. Hold on to your seats, it's about to get bumpy. The incompetence of this establishment is astounding. We ordered interior doors and flooring which were paid for in Feb, 2016. They recommended the doors be installed prior to the flooring... And that's when the delays and headaches began. We had scheduled the door/floor install for early April, but had to push the install because the door manufacturer broke some of the doors.... Sigh... Ok, we can hang with this... I think... With the doors taking at least 6 weeks to remake, we had to reschedule the install for May. A few days prior to the May install date, we were told that the manufacturer failed to drill the doorknob holes and the original installer backed out because he refused to drill the holes. Who knows, maybe knobless doors are an actual thing. Think we've had enough? But wait! There's MORE! We finally scheduled installers that were willing to drill the doorknob holes! Hurray! They scheduled the delivery of the doors and flooring for the Sunday prior to the install. Just when we think things are looking up, we discover that the delivery guys are missing a vast majority of our order... Including, you guessed it, one of the doors along with ALL of the trim for the flooring and two severely damaged boxes of wood flooring. So back to the store they go to get new boxes of wood and the missing doors... At this point I was so mad I mowed the lawn in record time trying to blow off steam. It was quite miraculous, really. I felt better. Alright, are we good? Nope! The installers come and start installing the doors to discover the bathroom door header is on backwards and the French doors are the completely incorrect kind of door... We wait another 8 weeks for doors... *cue the crickets*... In the meantime the flooring installers start installing the floors. I come home to find they are using the cheaper rolls of underlayment rather than the blue fold out foam we had asked for. I mean for Pete's sakes! We sat with the guy who did the little hammer test to show us the different sound abatement options and they STILL ordered the wrong one! One more frustrated call to the Bonney Lake Lowe's coming right up! They call ended with me just being so frustrated that I just told them to continue with the cheap stuff because I want these people out of my house as soon as humanly possible. Flash forward through several irate calls trying to come up with some kind of compensation for all this f'ery Fantasia, and we've arrived to today. Install day for correct doors... *cue the record scratch*. The French doors have a strip of unpainted trim. They were supposed to supply us with the paint for this, but to my shock and dismay (insert sarcasm font) they forgot to supply it. Evidently thousands of dollars spent on doors doesn't get you a fully painted product. Who knew!? Maybe it's the in thing? Annnnndddd... Drumroll please! The bathroom door is the wrong size. They ordered the wrong size. W.R.O.N.G. Size!!!!! For why!? How? I just... I can't... I'm sure you've found by now that I'm not a man of few words, but this has just about rendered me speechless... I'm pretty sure my voice reached a decibel only dogs can hear while I was on the phone with Lowe's corporate filing this latest misadventure in home disimprovement... So we wait... Again... For another door. It's been 7 months trying to get this right. My dear dear fellow Yelpers, please spare yourself this misery and order your doors, floors, and other household chores from a more reliable and competent establishment. I would say "The End", but we're still stuck in this seventh circle of dooring hell. RUN! SAVE YOURSELVES! It's too late for us... Go my little Yelpers... Tell your friends. It's 10/07/16. We were supposed to have another attempt at installing a door again tomorrow, 10/08/16 after yet another reorder. Just got a call telling us the door is broken and they have to reorder. I've lost count how many times we've had to reorder and wait 6-8 weeks... I think we're up to 5 times now. We are done. We are no longer looking to Lowe's to resolve this matter. Their communication for online orders is very poor. I needed a wheel barrow by 2pm today and decided to plays a order online 2-days prior. I called them and let them know if my deadline...they cancelled the order without calling me or letting me know a reason. Communication skills and training would be nice. I'm a contractor and spend thousands of dollars each month at hardware stores. Their irresponsible behavior has led me to take my business to the pros at Home Depot. This store lost $5k/month for being incompetent on a $90 purchase. If I can't trust you on a $90 purchase I sure as heck ain't giving you 5k/mo. First off, it's Bonney Lake, not Booney. Anyway, this is a newer location for the national chain, and you can tell from the second you step foot in the door. It's a large location, and they had the item I was looking for that several of their Eastside stores didn't have. I dock them a star however because of the staff. I couldn't find anyone to help me track down the item I was sent to find. I totally understand that with a store this large, it can be difficult to keep people in the appropriate departments. That said, it was a chore to just FIND someone milling around to come and assist me. If you're looking for a hard to find item though, I'd recommend checking this locations inventory out before you go any place else. read more

Worst customer service EVER. I went to exchange a lamp shade and pick up some spray paint. I came back over to the customer service counter and 3 girls were standing behind the counter. One was actually working the other 2 were chatting. The one working asked the other 2 if they could help me. The girl that decided to help me started returning all the items that I sat on the counter without even looking at the receipt. At one point she literally walked off from helping me to go help someone else and then someone called and she answered. When she answered she repeatedly said "what" and "I don't get it" so she turned to the other girl and told her she was getting too stressed out and she needed the other girl to take the call...pretty sure she just hung up on the guy. When I asked for military discount and showed her my ID she tried to act a little more professional and be a bit nicer to me, but the damage was already done. I won't be going back to this Lowe's ever again. Try hiring more competent and customer based employees. You have a bunch of teenage kids that really don't want to do anything, but stand around and collect a paycheck. read more

The performance if the Lowes staff today was definitely 5-star worthy. Not only did half the store drop what they were doing to help me locate hard-to-find items, but Mike went the extra mile. He helped me find the hobby pliers I was seeking in a $20 toolset that included at least 2 pairs of pliers I would likely never use. Buying just the two I needed 'a la carte' would have cost almost as much. I was not 100% pleased, but ready to buy the kit. Mike hadn't given up though and managed to find a smaller kit with less extra stuff on clearance for only $5. This is high quality service for a 'big box' outfit. read more

This place is so huge, it's totally a Warehouse! We were asked several times if we were doing "ok". I was looking for cabinet knobs and I actually thought their selection was smaller then expected. If I could leave zero stars I would! I purchased a Bosch black dishwasher the first week of April. When the install company came (a little over a week later) to pick up the dishwasher they said that it was damaged. Kim called to inform me that the black is on back order but they had white available. Reluctantly I accepted white since I was in need of a working dishwasher. It was installed and they left. First load was leaking on my floor. Installers came out and confirmed that it was defective. I called and talked to Kim and she found a Whirlpool that they had in stock, waited another week or so for that one to be installed. That one started leaking as well with the first load. Again I called Kim and she had the install people come and confirm that this dishwasher was defective as well as the first one. It is now late May and still no working dishwasher. At this point I just wanted this one picked up and the money put back into my account so I can go elsewhere! I made that very clear to Kim. At this point I've already talked to the manager, assistant manager and a department supervisor. Christina (department supervisor) tried to credit my account but she said it wouldn't go through due to issues with their computer. I said that I can pick up a check or cash so I can purchase somewhere else. I confirmed that I would have a envelope with cash and Christina said yes. I went in yesterday and they left me a IN STORE credit!!!! WTF???? I made it clear that I wanted money put back into my account or cash!!!! I am so angry!!!! I voiced my anger to Amy and she basically treated me like trash! Amy said that Christina was going to be in the next day. I never got a call back! I will NEVER set foot in this store again and will take this further up to corporate!!! NOT ACCEPTABLE!!!! read more

Very disappointed in Lowe's. We bought a dishwasher on 12/15 and were told it would be installed and delivered on 12/28. On 12/26 found out it wasn't even scheduled yet. On 12/27 we received a robo-call scheduling for today, 1/3. I called to check status of the delivery and install and were told that it was scheduled for 1/9. They can't give me a time frame other than 8:00 - 5;00. The customer service rep was great, but said they are working with a new contractor for installs. Here's a tip. Find another contractor. I've had to arrange my work schedule twice already, and now a third time. We won't be going to Lowe's again for anything. I am only giving one star because the C/S rep, Melissa, was awesome. read more
