Today the store was packed. They had so many people in her getting stuff. We were greeted upon entry. We came in to get some valentines stuff for the kiddos class. There were quite a few things to chose from. So we got all kinds of items for the class valentines exchange. The store was stocked and clutter free. They had all kinds of stuff as well as the regular stuff. The only thing that I would say was an issue the long lines. There were only 2 lines open. The manger had to call 2 other people to come open up to help. Other than that everything was all good. read more

Stopped in this location to get stuff for a movie night with the kids and was disrespected by the manager at the door. I turned right around and left. I'm not rich by any means, but a 6 figure income allows me to freely spend in a dollar tree whenever I want. My wife had taken out our $400.00 wagon and had 2 of our 3 kiddos in it. When she walked in the manager lady loudly told another employee, "you see that lady with the wagon, make sure to follow her around." Excuse me? There are literally hobos in and around this location. Their store sometimes smells terrible due to it, and their selection is usually terrible as well. Too many other options for us to return to this location. read more

I brought my own 3 bags to the Austin Bluff location; the cashier Leta was so unfriendly and tried to put everything in one bag. I told her I have a weight restriction for what I can carry. I had frozen food, pantry items and an item in a glass jar. She didn't respond to me and I know she heard me nor offered to repack my items. I repacked the bags myself before paying. I am a senior with some disabilities and when you can't take a shopping out to your car to unload makes it more difficult. read more

Needed some toilet paper, suppose to be open till 10pm but they had the doors locked at 9:27pm, no special holiday or anything. Annoying when they lock the doors earlier than they're suppose to. Don't work Night Shift if you don't want to stay open till closing time. read more

Very low inventory of food..........What a waste of time....Empty shelves everywhere in the food aisle.

This location has really gone downhill in the past few years. It's always dirty - not just stained but there's an actual layer of dirt on floors, shelves, products. The customers here are frequently really rude, I once even had a fellow customer swing her purse - hard - to hit me out of her way. When I called her out she told me "you're fine." and employees whose attention I brought to the situation did nothing. One employee regularly licks her fingers before checking you out. Excuse me? I hate to say this but I literally needed some pads because I couldn't get the original pack from king soopers as I didn't have the money until next pay check, there were 3 people in the store and when I opened the door she stopped laughing to her coworkers and turned saying "oh we're closed" and they aren't closed at 8 pm when the sign said open from 8am to 11pm on the door. I had to drive 30 minutes to my fuckin moms house to get her LAST PAD. As my mother does not get periods. THANKS. read more

Dogshit this dollar store is dingy,dirty and rundown. They never have anything I need.

The store is poorly managed. The lines are always crazy long, and with barely any employees. They recently hired a rude employee that doesn't speak English, laughed in my face after I asked her where something was, and then walked away. Also, they advertise items and when you're inside, they don't have them, at all. It baffles me that this Dollar Tree is still in business. read more

In the midst of a pandemic, this store deserves NEGATIVE stars. There is NO social distancing here and employees apparently feel that masks and gloves aren't necessary. Almost every single employee I saw had their mask pulled down. The cashier actually took her mask off to eat while checking me out. Are you freaking serious??? Thanks, you dumb*** - now I can't touch my purchases for a few days to make sure I don't pick up COVID because you couldn't wait till break to eat! This place is a petrie dish just BEGGING for an outbreak. I'm very disappointed in the lackadaisical attitude of the employees and the allowance of customers to run rampant. Everytime my wife and I go there everything is mostly organized and clean. The Workers always help us find the things we need.

I love this store. Everything is only a dollar. I can almost always find what I'm looking for, and I can come here just to look around and wind up spending a lot of money even if I didn't need a thing. Sometimes the lines can get long, but that's the only problem I see once in awhile. If you're looking for a bargain, come here. read more

This Dollar Tree is horrible. There are always empty shelves as if they never restock and there are never any employees working. There will literally be one cashier with a line of 20 people. If on the off chance there are 2 cashiers, one is always holding conversations with the people in line after they check out. There will be other employees that walk by and dont help in any way with checking customers out. Unless you get here the minute they open for the day, dont bother!! read more

Something needs to be done about the German cashier at this store. She is just awful and rude. I just witness her tell a mother to shut her daughter up. The little girl was apparently not feeling well and the mother was cashing out when this cashier told her to shut her daughter up. I was shocked. The manager, who is German as well, was called and she did nothing just stood there and said ok, ok, and I'm sorry. This is not the first time this cashier has been rude. I've seen her having words with customers before. I guess she thinks she can do and say whatever she wants because her manager is German as well. Then a male cashier chimes in as mother was leaving and tells her to put a pacifier in her daughters mouth. The mother was so shaken up. I couldn't believe what I was hearing. I love this dollar store because everything is $1, it's well organized, the staff is pretty friendly, my only complaint is that they never have enough cashiers, sometimes the lines take foreverrr! read more
