Until today, I have had extremely positive experiences at all of the Grocery Outlets that I have…read morefrequented. This evening, I went to buy some frozen pizzas at this particular Grocery Outlet as there is this particular brand that my kids like (Amy's Spinach Pizza) and they just so happened to carry them. When checking out at the register, I noticed that they rang up for higher than I had recalled. Just to be sure that I wasn't looking at an incorrect price tag, I went back to the aisle to confirm. Indeed, it was $7.99 each rather than the $8.99 that it was rang up as. I then proceeded to go back to the person that helped me checkout and he called the shift manager, who told him that they could only honor one at that posted price rather than all 3 that I wanted to purchase. This seemed very odd as I've never run into any issues with any other grocery stores honoring a posted price, so I requested to speak with the shift manager. When the shift manager came up, she was rude and adamant that this was company policy that they could only honor one at the posted price. Her colleague that was helping her stock shelves jumped in to tell me "We don't even have to honor this price, but we're doing you a favor by giving you one at that amount." I replied back and asked a very logical question - Are you telling me that you don't have to honor the prices that you post for the products that you are selling? This is the exact definition of FALSE ADVERTISING! If the Store and/or Corporate Management is actually reading this review, I highly suggest that you train your employees and leadership team to 1) have better customer service skills when addressing dissatisfied consumers especially when it is their fault, 2) change your policies when customers call you out for incorrectly posted prices, and 3) have a better point of sale system that allows you to provide product credits without your employees needing to go hunt down an alternative product that is at the correct price simply to get the system to give the credit. Not only was this extremely aggravating experience a waste of my time this evening, but I sure hope this review helps others shopping at this specific Grocery Outlet. SHOP HERE AT YOUR OWN RISK! They are literal scam artists as they will NOT honor posted prices and try to squeeze literally $1 at a time from hard working shoppers that are trying to make ends meet!

Regardless of that small detail, the selection of items and discount is beyond impressive. The whole store is pretty spacious, well-stocked, the variety is there and the staff is great too. I feel like Grocery Outlet is sometimes very underrated, due to maybe not having the variety of a regular supermarket, but this location might surprise you. I believe you're able to find almost anything you could possibly need from a grocery trip in here. 10/10.

Even when it's a short line it moves so slow, because the cashiers just are in no rush to move people out. Times have really changed when it comes to retail. I always opt out of self check-out because I buy a lot of items and sometimes I may overscan an item, so its always still helpful to have a cashier whos ready to scan for you and bag your items up. I love daiso and I hope this location stays. Been coming here since I was 18!

The birthday card selection is very limited at this Daiso. I didn't browse around for anything else. This location had one cashier on duty. They also had one self check-out machine, which had no line. I was in and out of Daiso within a few minutes. The parking lot had tight, but plenty of parking spots when I arrived. When I left the plaza, the parking lot was full, around 1:30PM on a Saturday. It's hard to beat a $1.50 card, unless you opt to make your own.

No worries though. I actually had to kill some time here because my friend had to transfer my body over to my brother, or was it vice versa, but it was one of those and it was enough to kill some time before I was scooped up. There's a Starbucks here too, so the same Target fare as per every other location. If you need assistance, just reach out to the various red shirt staff throughout. And remember to use your Target Circle App for deals and potentially even $5 gift cards depending on what you get. Not bad!

You can buy their mystery pack and get good stuff from them, especially from their Stitch, but it can be pricey at $24 but is still cute to collect. They often have good deals, so it is good to keep an eye on that, and they have lots of plushies in the back of all types of characters. This is one of my favorite places to visit each time I drop by the mall.
