I'm extremely disappointed with my experience at DD's Discounts. While the store has a large parking lot, a staff member came outside and started yelling at my family, telling us to move our car or she would call a tow truck. Today is Chinese New Year, and we were heading to a nearby temple. She repeatedly referred to it as a "church" and was very dismissive and aggressive in her tone. My dad was parked in a handicap spot and does have a valid handicap placard displayed, so that made the situation even more upsetting. It felt unnecessary and targeted, especially since there were plenty of open spaces in the lot. There's a way to speak to customers with respect, and this wasn't it. The whole interaction left us feeling uncomfortable and unwelcome. Definitely not the kind of treatment anyone should receive. read more

Ddd's has the best bargain deals on clothing for the entire family. They also have shoes, household goods, toys, suitcases, and cosmetics jewelry. The service is great and they are very accommodating. The place is clean, however, the aisles are narrow and hard to get through, particularly with a basket. They need to make them wider. The store is fully stocked with a lot of inventory. Plenty of free parking. Overall, great place for shopping. read more

They have a pretty weak selection of low quality scrub uniforms here, you can see all your fat and the fabric is really shear/ see through. I found better stuff at a different location. The worst part is they don't have any bathrooms. But I did come out with two things here. read more

This location is absolutely HORRIBLE when it comes to guest service, cleanliness of the store, organization, accessibility of carts in and through the aisles. The cashiers are LIMITED in number and there is zero sense of purpose and urgency when it comes to getting customers in and out. The "security" at the door is a joke and if I had to guess, there is NOBODY managing this store. If it is Macy's, Jcpenney, Walmart, or DD's discounts there should be a sense of pride expressed by management in the overall appearance and functionality of the store, there is none here. Two times I've been there, EVERYONE was watching me as if I was about to steal. So, I didn't even bother buying anything. And the second time, immediately was stopped by the security saying I couldn't have a drink inside. I understand why but he wasn't polite. Don't come here, wouldn't recommend. This DD's location is interesting ! They have like bullet proof glass at the entrance and security greets you the door. As with most DD's they have hidden gems here too. I just like to feel like a trusted shopper and I don't feel like that here. read more

if I could give no stars I would. Decided to take a look at what they have inside this store because I've heard from other people that they have decent stuff so after my grocery shopping . First impression already bad they have a big ass security guard at the door not sure why when all of their merchandise is cheap. Still decided to walk around look at the purses I had seen a cute purse all black super cute it was only 10 bucks purchased it for my niece as a gift. My own fault I guess telling the cashier I didn't need the receipt because I was in a hurry. immediately when I gave it to my niece she puts her phone inside of the purse and the strap broke off I walked in probably about 30 minutes later to return the purse. Iwas being very nice I know how it is working in retail customer service is everything. I told the cashier ( RICHARD) I needed to return the purse he asked for my receipt I said you know what I was just here it's probably and that trash can by the cash register which was hardly even full of papers he looked at me extremely rude and said ".... I am not going to go looking through that trash." I said I just want my money back I was in here a few minutes ago he said well we can use your ID go ahead and look around the store for store credit. hurried I grabbed a different purse a somewhat of a better brand go back to the register to make my return who I think was either the supervisor or manager did my return for me ask for the receipt or the tag I told her I didn't have either in at the receipt was in that trash can by the register I would dig do it myself to grab the receipt it's not like I asked her to go dumpster diving again very rude she pulled out a few receipts said it wasn't there and she couldn't do the return I went back to my car looked through everything found the tag went back and did the return again everyone in this store is so rude I don't care if it's the 99 cent store if you don't want to work and be friendly to customer's you should not be working in customer service definitely will not be coming here again especially knowing that they only do store credit for returns. If you blind folded me and had me walk into any of these stores like.. Ross, Marshalls, Home Goods, TJ Maxx, or DD's discounts.. I would be able to tell the difference but I honestly would not care. They're all good when it comes to savings and deals. It just depends what store is closest when and if I need something. DD's discounts is pretty cool. It has nice employees and it's organized.. somewhat. Prices are fair and location is aaight. The car supplies section is my favorite. They got pretty awesome stuff for way less the cash compared to Walmart or Target. Plus the cashier lines move quickly so that's always a good thing. The store does smell like a swapmeet but it's ok when you're paying dirt cheap for items lol Check it out, you'll probably like something for the price or you can go to Ross, Marshalls, Home Goods, etc.. read more

I went in here with extremely low expectations. I expected to find a complete mess, stuff on the wrong racks, completely disorganized, etc. I went in and was really pleased. Not only was the store neat, clean, and well organized, but they actually had quality stuff at discounted prices. I was particularly pleased to find authentic Nike wear and some of the Target brands that I favor (Mossimo, Merona.) They definitely have some good stuff here for good deals, and I will definitely be coming back. read more

I went to this location yesterday, and the one of the employees named Jazmin was extremely rude she kept rushing me and she yelled at me while I was in line to take off the hangers off the clothes I was buying and when she was finishing a transaction with the person before me she already yelled next telling me to set everything on the counter and the lady wasn't even done yet the customer before hadn't even left , then when it was my turn she asked for me to slide my card when she was still not done scanning all my items . I went to DD's on Saturday and while purchasing a Teal comforter, I asked the Cashier if I could get a refund and she said yes! So I made the mistake of paying for it!! After the transaction was completed I asked again can I return it, and she said no you can only exchange it or get store credit, OMG, so I will be stuck with it? So I asked for the Manager and she said NO you can't return it, realize I'm still standing in the store, but NO I couldn't get my money back! First time i went was on the weekend.. That was a mistake. locals flock here like cattle on weekends.The locals are rude, child neglecting bung holes.. I felt bad for the Employees. Kids running around like crazy w no parents in site. they need security just in their toy area. Never again am I shopping here. This store has people waiting to open since 9 am. They've put various signs on the door changing the time it opens. They had a note stating store would open at 11 then I walk up to the door at 11 now sign reads its opening till 12 ?? Like what the.... So according to the district manager they are doing Inventory and sorry for the inconvenience. I'm sorry but you get ahead for Inventory. They sign should've said sorry for the inconvenience the store will open late and put an estimated time not change the sign every hour. I asked the district manager for the corporate number and all he says is they will only forward you back to me.. Like really there is always someone above you. Boy I couldn't believe that the employees could be so rude to their customers this included the security person.I waited in a line while a family checked out quite a number of items.I moved from the line for sales into the return item line since their was only one cashier working.While I standing there another family walked up and the cashier calls them up to the register,I told her I was in line.So she starts to help me when the security guard says no you weren't I looked in the camera and you were always standing in the return line .I told him look again I was in the correct line and moved up to the only line open.He said next time stand in the correct line,I said don't worry there won't be another time I will never go back again.He may as well have called me a liar.I will never step foot in that dump. read more

Its a pretty good discount store worth checking out. Women's shoes between $9.99 to $14.99, dresses start at $5.99. Like all discount stores, you need to browse around, but its pretty clean and somewhat organized. Cheaper version of Ross. read more

Went to this location yesterday to buy myself some last minute black jeans for halloween and noticed every single corner that I looked at was EXTREMELY MESSY & DISORGANIZED, as if it was the day after black friday!! I am not exaggerating at all , that is exactly how it looked. There was items on the floor. The toy section had so many toys everywhere on the floor. Not to say, there was shirts and jeans on top of the clothes that was already hung. As a customer, the appearance of the location matters a lot. Will definitely not walk into this dd's again, it made me feel uncomfortable, dirty, and it was just sad!!!!!! read more

I hate this DDS discount it sucks so bad this is the worst dds to go too!! The cashier girl didn't want to return bras I bought because the tag wasn't in the spot it was to post to be but it was still attached to it!!! She lied to my face saying the security checked the camera to see if I bought them like that and he has left for literally a min and when he came back all I head him tell her was the checked the bras Then to see if they were like that and that's it he never said anything about checking the cameras and plus he can't check the camera from a week ago within a min she's such a liar! And she had attitude with me the whole time!! Very bad costumer service by the way. I don't understand why they would do all that over the price tag being in the wrong spot when the bras where still brand new and I had the receipt. All she had to do was use her clamper to clamp it back in the right spot!! She didn't even want to exchange it for my right size she said there wasn't anything they can do about it. They suck so bad they don't know how to run things in the store it's like their so happy with u buying stuff but when it comes to returning they don't want to give you back your money!!! Great selection and great prices. the only thing that i think they should work on is customer service. i mean just REALLY work on that. there are at least 4 girls that flirt with one of the guys that works there, and when i need something i cant find i cant ask any of the girls there because they are too bussy flirting with the guys there. i dont think DD's is paying them to flirt. read more

It's just that the other day i had a bad customer service with the cashier i believe her name was "Precious" (not so precious at all). My mom and I went shopping and she found her friend there while i was looking for the stuff i wanted to get she told me they were gonna start making line so they went and got in line so as i finished i went towards them and turned out her friend had already left and my mom was letting people cut through while i got there and i went up with her and the cashier told me you have to get in line so i went back in line i didnt want to start an argument and my mom kept calling me and telling me to go back that she had been in line already so i went back and she called the next people seeing us infront of her and the lady she was attending even told her that my mom was in line already that she had let her cut through and the cashier was all like "it doesn't matter they have to get back in line" even the lady she was attending was like "fucken people so rude now in days" i didnt leave the cashier so she had to attend me and before i left she still tells me "Next time you have to get in line!"
