We, Tammy and Tafone and Rick come here at least 6 times a week. Chris, the tall chocolate woman manager is cool as a cucumber . Giovanni is an incredible person; friendly, happy, hard working and informative. We all totally love the selection of food and holiday products and of course the cold drink section. I'm torn between giving this place 3 or 4 stars, but I'm dropping it to 3 for two reasons. 1) They were selling an original Rubiks Cube smaller than the original size for $10. You can buy an original Rubiks for that price at Target Amazon, etc. I found that to be ridiculous and overpriced. 2) There is a product that was stated as "In Stock" on their website and for 3 days my husband or myself came in to get the item, only to be told several different things. First we were told they were receiving shipment the next day, then we were told it hasn't been opened (the shipment), then I was told "Christmas is the priority" at the time and they don't know when they will get to stocking their shipments. They also told me to try a different store. Word of advice, don't rely on their website. They have tons of decorations, greeting cards, gift bags, school supplies and even kitchen utensils. They have a well stocked beauty section if you're into that. The prices are sometimes good, but sometimes a bit unreasonable. For example, I paid $2.35 for a puppy calendar. I really feel it should have been $1.25. Make sure you're double checking that some of the prices are worth it. I loved that they had learning workbooks from 1st-4th grade too! All in all a decent store, but call ahead of time if you're looking for a specific item and don't expect every item to cost $1.25. read more

Went in for balloons and they didn't have the number I needed. Chris was extremely helpful and helped me locate a store that had them. She gave me super tons to ensure I knew the correct location to visit. The store was fairly busy and this is not always the service you expect from this type of store. I come to this dollar tree since it's near where I live. For certain things I need I get. But my review is based on how the employees are. I don't know there names but last time I was there I was in line to pay with 2 other people and I guess what happened was someone called out so the current cashier had to stay later and she was yelling at her coworker about this person and saying they should be fired. Wow! This is one of the nicest Dollar Trees I've ever been in! I went in there looking for Father's Day cards and the selection did not disappoint. Take away a nice size bunch of balloons for far less than than you'll pay at a party store or floral department at your local grocery. No complaints about the store or service. Clean. Stocked. I love this place!! Same items as regular stores but for a great price! they have cute, seasonal items and great value.

Anytime that I shop at this Dollar Tree store most of the representatives seem unwelcoming or bothered when you ask them questions. Specifically today, I gave my daughter a quarter to get gum out of the candy machine inside the store. She turned the knob and candy did not get released. The rep., Liz who had just helped us with our purchase completely ignored me when I said the machine did not return candy and took our quarter. She stared at me and turned around without saying anything. I said, "Excuse me", and explained the situation again. Her reply, "I can't do anything about that". It was her bad attitude and lack of good customer service. It has nothing to do with the fact that we didn't receive candy it's the lack of sincerity and willingness to make things right. There are other Dollar Tree and 99 cent Stores that have representatives that take their job a bit more serious. Typically, I spend hundreds of dollars at these stores a year because I donate materials to schools. I'll be giving my business to the other stores that have reps., that care and don't treat their job like it's boring. read more

Well Here I was Looking for some stuff and there were no employees working the floor and I walked up and down each isle looking but still no one !! Wondering where all the employees are !! To run an business You must have enough workers and I could not find any help !! Where is the Service !! I finally seen a young lady who walk away from her register and I shouted out Excuse Me I got a Question ? And She said I will be right back !! So I waited and Waited but no one came back to help !! What is Wrong with this person !!! I just wanted to ask where something was and I got lied to plus no Service !! Completely Bad Service !! That Young Lady should be let go !!! This is the nicest Dollar Tree I've ever visited! Everything is very clean, items are neatly organized on the shelves, and the cashier was very pleasant. Currently there are plenty of fall-themed decorative items on the shelves. You'll find a large assortment of Halloween decorations and party ware, as well as a variety of trick-or-treat candy. The Thanksgiving decor is also out, along with some pretty table ware such as autumn-patterned plates and glasses. Best of all, everything sells for just a dollar! read more

Today sept 20th around 3:45 pm I witness something not very pleasant. There was a customer just paying for his items talking to the cashier everything normal he told the cashier he was gonna go get another soda the cashier already had a few people waiting and told him he would just scan the other soda he already had to make it easier and faster for both of them (no other employee was helping). Cashier packed things up for him the man goes to grab the soda HE PAYED FOR and starts walking toward the door when another women, one of the employees starts questioning him about the soda if he payed for it he then replied "yes I did" ( let me add the man looked homeless not sure if he was or wasn't but I'm sure she wouldn't of acted like that if he was maybe dress differently smh) she start asking him (in a loud voice everyone could hear) if he's sure he did and start asking the cashier from at least 10 ft away if he did pay for it cashier says yes lady keeps going on about him probably not paying for it over and over again even after getting the confirmation of him paying for it!!!! another guy comes out I'm guessing the manager and starts asking the same damn questions to the man, cashier then tells them he did indeed pay for it and explained he scanned a soda he already had to not make him go back ( plus he had a line waiting, other employees should of probably stepped in then to help him with the line maybe he would of avoided all this!!!!) but they kept going at it man ends up leaving and they lecture the cashier from I'm guessing the office all the way to the cash register in front of everyone instead of maybe talking about his mistake at another time not in front of the customers! Very unprofessional and very rude and disrespectful! ( most likely just because of his appearance my thoughts) cashier was awesome sucks the other employees have to be such A-holes. Such a bad experience and very sad to degrade someone like that In front of everyone (customer and cashier). Felt like a damn interrogation Poor guy!! read more
