The employee Gero refused to tell me where the bathroom was because he said I was white. This same employee was very rude to my father in law when he was working at a different Dollar Tree location. I would give zero stars if I could. When I checked out today he didn't say a word. Racism has no place in business or anywhere else. read more

The staff here is always friendly, and the product selection is good, I only did four stars because I wish they had a cold food section.

Sometimes even ballers need to budget! When it's hot outside and you forgot to wear deodorant, and your breath is kicking like Bruce Lee, you think to yourself that damn, I'm already in the area, might as well buy a few things and only pay a buck! This location is easy to get to and always had tons of parking since most of the stores in the strip mall are empty. The only problem is when you get in here you're like a kid in a candy shop... All of the sudden you think you need everything in here when you really don't! So when you visit, grab a basket not a cart so you won't be inclined to fill it up to the top! Sometimes I think why am I at a dollar store where I can be at the .99 cent store... Damn! If I buy 100 things, I could have purchased an extra toothpaste or pack of gum! This store is an absolute disaster!! The shelves are empty and stuff is everywhere!!! I asked one of the employees why was the store a mess and why were the shelves empty? And he reply was: What?! With her face all scrunched up! She blamed all the customers, which I belive is somewhat true, but the level of me is more than customers. It's also the employees not doing their jobs! The cashier took Mt questions personal and had a bad attitude! I told her it wasn't about her and that it was unfortunate that the load fell upon them. I asked her if they were short staffed and again she had a attitude and didn't want to respond. So I told her it wasn't about her and she didn't need to take it personal, you should have seen the bitter look on her face! She was angry! I've worked in retail I know how hard it is , and I know how messy customers are, but again it also falls on the staff to clean up! So sad that this store is so bad! I don't normally review stores but I had to put in a good review for Alyssa because I went through her check-stand a few days ago and there was a woman in front of me who was paying all in change. This woman proceeded to curse out the cashier when they pointed out that she was short some money for her purchase. Normally, I would offer to cover the shortage but there was no way because this woman was so nasty and belligerent to the cashier saying it was her fault and that she dropped the change on purpose (she definitely didn't) among other offensive statements. I honestly question if the customer was trying to run some sort of scam. So kudos to Alyssa for handling this horrible woman with dignity while remaining calm when even I, as a witness, was about to lose it. The customer was eventually asked to leave without her purchase lol! I later found out it was only Alyssa's first week working there which make it even more impressive that she was able to handle the situation like she did. read more

Just moved to the area, I loved the dollar tree near my other home but this place was nothing like it. There was tons of half open boxes everywhere. There was one person at the register and no one else around. I used the restroom and it was so dirty. There was a box of open Clorox power and it was all over like one had popped open. The floor was missing tiles, total trip hazard. Never returning here, do not go. read more

So, I go in for a newspaper and they usually keep the early Sunday edition below the register. I wait a bit in the shortest line and finally the cashier -girl with glasses- rudely asks if I need something. I ask for the newspaper - I get an "EYYYY?" - I assume she means she didn't hear me but she's unable to vocalize this with words like a human being. I tell her a newspaper once more and she tells me the cashier the next register over has them. I look over and see a very long line at this point (not like I already waited in line) - apparently it was too much trouble for her to simply get the paper from the girl one register over and expected me to wait in another line. Can't help it, I'm addicted to Dollar Tree. They have Rip It's (I'm addicted to them) and you can pick up all sorts of random things you don't need but will only pay $1 to obtain. I had the worse experience at this store. I wish I can rate this a few negative stars. I visited the store yesterday. The cashier instead of greeting the customers he kept saying we are closing in 5 minutes even tho he still had 10 minutes to close according to the sign at the door. He was helping everyone super fast to get them out of the store which is good but just his attitude was not acceptable. When it was finally my turn I asked to get some balloons and he said they had no balloons which I know why he said that because he did not wanted to spend the time helping me to do that. I am an essential employee and I have not stop working since the pandemic started and I am off late and this is the only time I can do my personal shopping because I am helping people during this situation and it is sad that someone lies about a product or service just because they are worried about closing. I was really mad because the way he responded and kicked me out. Please address this issue because if this employee is not willing to help he should find another job where he can do better. We are all going through this situation and others have it worse. I could not get his name but he closed the store on 6/18/20 he is thin and short. read more
