Once I was in there and a worker there was so kind and helpful and even gave me a deal on the two chairs that I purchased. The most recent visit was just the opposite. No one to help or greet. I asked a question and was treated not only like I was stupid but said, "Here's the stairs right here", like I'm some sort of imbecile. I proceeded to want to check out and two workers were too busy complaining and I stood there and waited until they were done. Then when I gave my card she starts to tell me that my card wasn't accepted but then realized she put it in upside down. No apology just again an attitude. I spent over $50 and I didn't know that as a customer I'm such a burden. Take my advice hire friendly people who work only the floor to help customers if you're too busy to help and answer questions. I will still go but there are other shops in the area that I may consider visiting before I'll go back again.

VHS, DVD and Blu-ray titles of all genres (no adult titles, but that's what the internet is for, right?). Since it's my favorite, the horror section is a "can't miss" every time I come here. It's a nostalgia trip for sure, but SO much more than that thanks to the amazingly kind, knowledgeable and friendly owner who has had the place for 34 years and counting. Do yourself a favor and forget streaming and Redbox for a night, rent some discs (or tapes) and help keep this wonderland doing what it does best - be a meeting ground/living museum to film.

Staff did not provide assistance in resolving concerns and did not address issues raised in a timely manner. Communication from staff did not meet expected professional standards. Management should address customer service training and ensure employees follow appropriate service procedures when assisting customers. The pharmacy manager is a concern for the store and company. This has been an ongoing issue for several years.
