There is nothing here that's a dollar. In fact, some of the stuff here is MORE expensive than WALMART. One drink, one bag of Gummy Nerds candy, and one 8 pack of water flavor sticks cost me $7.50. I've been here a couple of times and both times it was for candy....We ended up buying Haribo gummy bears in the regular flavor and the peach...plus we got those pixie stix for fun and spilled half of it on the carpet in the car....they weren't as good as they were when we were little kids. Now they taste like kool aid powder that's been mixed with BC headache powder....By the way I can't believe they still make those things....we tried looking for those candy necklaces that we use to wear and would let half of the neighborhood eat off of...see mom...sharing is caring...and look how we good we turned out.....ha.... This place is super neat and super clean. The candy aisle were all well stocked and no odds and ends on the bottom shelves. There was a friendly woman that was working the store by herself at the time and she greeted everyone as they came in the store. This particular Dollar Tree is located in the corner of the Lilburn Square shopping center where the Goodwill is also located. There are plenty of parking and the parking lot is also very clean. Kudos to them for that...it's definitely one of the nicest and cleanest Dollar Tree I've been to for sure... read more

This location is not one of the better ones I've been to. For the past several months, the store has been filthy and disorganized. Shelves bare, certain items sold out and never restocked, and boxes EVERYWHERE of unopened merchandise. Every aisle is packed beyond capacity with boxes! Sometimes you have to push through boxes to get to something on a shelf. It seems maybe whoever is ordering is requesting too much stock? I have no problems with the service, every time I've been people are super nice. I just wish they'd get the boxes off the floor and restock the shelves. read more

Okay I get that during these times stores are closing up early. However, if you're already closing early, I expect for the doors to stay open until the new time, not close 15-20mins before like they did today. read more

I would love for this email to be provided to the manager at the 5279 Lawrenceville Hwy location in Lilbun,Ga. Today around noon I was a customer grabbing some automotive items and glassware. There was only one cashier available so it shouldn't be hard to identify this young lady with the pink/unicorn colored braids. When it was my turn the young lady proceeded to place all 8 of my glass jars in a bag. I asked her could I get a box from the many thrown on the ground. She proceeded to tell me that they had things in them. She said some have go backs. So she thinks my items I purchased are less valuable then some go backs. I even offered to get the box myself cause I wasn't trying to be difficult or hold the line but putting glass jars in thin bags is completely idiotic. She didn't even attempt to use the paper towels to wrap them or the bags. You know what she had time for though? She had time to have her phone sitting on the register blasting Wendy Williams Tv show. So her priorities are more in line with her own lazy needs. I decided it was no reasoning with someone bold enough to care so less about her job and customer service so I paid and left. I've never been so annoyed at a simple transaction. I hope this is not a reflection of what this location will continue to implement as a professional line of customer service. Please forward this to the appropriate manager because this did not sit well with me at all. read more

They need more cashiers on duty to keep the long lines moving but I'd rather them take forever to ring you up if the store is to remain that clean, tidy, fully stocked, and completely organized. Shopping in here was a pleasure! Great job guys, keep up the good work! read more

In general I'm not a big fan of "dollar stores". The ones that I have shopped at in the past tend to be dirty, cluttered, with poor quality goods and miserable employees. So, I was very pleasantly surprised when I stopped in at this Dollar Tree location and found the store to be clean, relatively uncluttered and with very pleasant, courteous, professional employees. (Donna - the cashier who checked me out could not have been nicer.) I'll definitely stop in here again for some bargains. This Dollar Tree store just may make me a convert to dollar stores. read more

This store has more than most dollar trees do! The associates are nice. This dollar tree carries Golden Krust brand Jamaican patties for $1!! That's cheaper than the actual restaurant!! (Buy in bulk, they sell out quickly). read more

I wish I could give zero stars for this location. There was almost nothing stocked up on the shelves, boxes covering the floor and nothing was organized, I wish I had pictures to show but I would never go back to take any. The employees there were not helpful nor did I even see more than 2 in the whole store. I had to wait at the register for over 3 minutes before someone came to check me out, along with the 4 other customers that had lined up waiting too. There was no "i'll be right there" nor did they say "sorry about the wait", she just walked up taking her sweet time and then went to ring me up. She complained that my basket was in the way of her ringing up my items (it was behind my items on the checkout line) and then tried to blame me for the transaction not going through. I went to put in my pin and it said transaction cancelled so naturally I took out my card to start over and she snapped at me saying "you took out the card too soon." then I insisted that I took the card out after it said the transaction was cancelled and she tried to argue with me. This visit totally ruined my day and I'd rather drive 15 miles away to avoid going here again read more
