Bonnie was a great help and everyone I've met there seems to be very friendly, polite, and attentive. So, criss-cross apple sauce everyone STORYTIME I When you're a manufacturer/vendor and you agree to be on Amazon whereas you sell to Amazon and then Amazon sells to its customers, most vendors choose to pay Amazon 2% for handling the returns. This means that the returns do not go back to the manufacturer or the vendor. Please note that in Seller Central, there is also a similar program but some sellers can opt to have returns returned to them. Steelz from what I saw on their shelves seems to be a home for returning goods from various stores and platforms. It also looks like Steelz is the local recipient of left-over stock that Costco and others don't want on their shelves anymore. STORYTIME II Ever since the asterisk in the upper right-hand corner of the price matrix sign at Costco? If you see the asterisk, it means that the item has a number of days before it leaves Costco. That item may or may not sell out. If it doesn't sell out, meaning sealed, factory new items are left over, Steelz will most likely buy them at a discount ( liquidated price agreed upon with Costco and others ) and then Steelz is now the owner of the inventory of sealed and new items as well as any returns that Steelz wants to buy. While I walked through Steelz, I noticed many items from Costco. I couldn't determine whether or not the pricing at Steelz was indeed a deal. In my opinion, a couple of dollars saving wasn't worth it for me but I do see value for customers who are not Costco members. If didn't have a Costco membership but wanted to shop at Costco, then Steelz is potentially a great deal. Steelz also has many Kirkland products in smaller individual sizes like toilet paper and paper towels. We didn't buy anything at Steelz that day but I would be interested in going back and doing some more looking and pricing. There's been some discussion about the return policy or returning products overall. I can't speak on this topic since I have not purchased anything. If I do purchase anything and if I have to return anything, I'll update this review.

Their Christmas Displays were out of this world. Every room inside the store had Christmas tress all decorated and tons of other Christmas items. Of course I knew I wasn't going to be able to leave unless I bought something. Apparently during the various holidays they have lots of decor items to help you decorate those holidays with as well. They had some beautifully made Amish furniture around the store as well. They have an upstairs with quilts and other house hold items. This was our third Burlington for the day because I was looking for luggage, but I wanted a matching set. I found ones I liked at the other stores but no sets with the two sizes I needed. I found what I was looking for here and headed to checkout where Carol helped us out. She was super friendly and engaging from the second we walked up. Caring employees do not seem to be majority anymore so we really appreciated Carol and the way she treated us. She even went above and beyond to help us with a price issue. As for service, Mindy was very pleasant and funny. We chatted about how I was cheating on my usual location and Meg over there usually serves me. Mindy says, 'Its our secret' It was a funny moment. I didn't have time to see the entire store, but I did have time to come through several sections of the store in depth. Here's what I found: 1. The Boise GO on Fairview has a better frozen section. They have a bigger variety and more interesting items. 2. The Bread section of the Meridian and Boise GO are similar, but the Boise GO on Fairview has bread from Zeppole. 3. The Boise GO on Fairview has a bigger selection of Taylor Farms than the Meridian GO. 4. The Boise GO on Fairview has a bigger and better selection of Eggs, Butter & Cheese. 5. The Boise GO on Fairview appears to be a bigger store, which would explain why they have more variety in some sections. The Meridian GO appears similar in size to the Boise GO on Overland. I still need a bit more time to go through the Meridian GO, but so far, I prefer the Boise GO on Fairview. The Meridian GO is better than the Boise GO on Overland.
