Both the signage in the store and the posted hours online clearly state that the pharmacy opens at 8:00 AM. It is now 8:10 AM, and the pharmacy remains completely closed. no staff in sight. This is not just an inconvenience. it reflects a complete disregard for customers' time, People plan their mornings around these posted hours, and to show up to a closed pharmacy with no notice, no signage explaining a delay, and no staff present is unacceptable. If the hours of operation have changed or if there are delays, the bare minimum expectation is that the store updates its posted hours both online and in-store. Failing to do so is misleading and demonstrates poor communication and lack of accountability. Customers should not have to guess whether your pharmacy will be open or not. Do better.
