One item looked like it was punched about 3 times before making its way to my car. Another was the complete wrong item. But, my favorite....one was already SIGNIFICANTLY leaking (there was no way the person who brought it to my car did not notice, as it was dripping from the bag) cleaning chemicals. They set the bag in my trunk and by the time I got home and went to take it out, the entire area was soaked. I had to go back twice because they weren't able to refund me over the phone for the item I had already brought back and they forgot to refund. The only reason I'm giving two stars is the very kind woman who helped me with returns and exchanges. I spend money at target at least once a week (sometimes 3). This store is lacking in both service and care for their products and customers. Truly disappointing.

It has always been clean, organized and we typically find items here that we can't find elsewhere. Jen's latest find was a great selection of essential oils for $1.25 each and a great selection of picture frames that now display our photos in my house. We like to come here every other month or so just to check out new items or to restock some old favorites. Great location, great selection and nice service.

Not only did a walk into my interview feeling confident in my outfit, but the value is unmatched. The cashier at the front was also amazing, she had a smile on her face, and brightened my evening telling me about the full double rainbow that was outside the store earlier. All the employees interacted with were working hard, and were extremely pleasant. While I was being rung up, a line of 2-3 were gathering. There were two more employees behind the register (one my have been training) I did notice they didn't seem in a hurry to clear the line, almost waiting for the cashier Elisa to do all the transactions. NEVER GO TO LOWE'S FOR FLOOR INSTALLATIONS…read more We went through Lowe's to replace our carpet with laminate flooring, and the entire experience has been a nightmare from start to finish. We initially worked with Bradley on the sales side and received several quotes. Everything seemed fine at first. Lowe's sent someone out to do measurements, and the process appeared standard. A contract was written, and we paid in full at the end of March 2026. After that, we waited to hear back about an installation date. Then Lowe's informed us there were issues with labor costs for our stairs that had not been included in the contract. After several weeks, Frank at the Rancho Santa Margarita Lowe's was finally able to resolve that issue. Next, we were told the project was delayed because stair nosing pieces were out of stock and the project could not be released to Keller Interiors. That delay lasted about a month. Once the product finally arrived, we personally went to the store to pick it up ourselves in hopes of speeding things along. When the contractors from Kellers Interiors finally showed up to assess the job, they immediately advised us that the contract did not look correct. They sat for nearly two hours waiting for Keller and Lowe's to sort things out before ultimately telling us they could not begin the installation until the contract was corrected and additional labor costs were paid. At this point, I still have not heard back from anyone. I have now escalated the issue by emailing both the CEOs of Lowe's and Keller Interiors. As I'm writing this, our project still has not started, and all of the flooring materials are sitting in our garage. Now we wait to see how long it takes for anyone to respond -- or whether they even care.

Walked in and we were greeted immediately. The gentleman that helped us answered all of my questions and was willing to share his wrestling experience/knowledge with us. He also was able to offer shoe advice and helped us understand which shoe is best and why. I cannot express how grateful I am that the gentleman that helped us also realized my son had only had one wrestling practice. We aren't fully committed yet. So he offered us more affordable options. I feel they put the individual and love of the sport over $$. I will come back here for every single wrestling item we need on this fact alone. A real diamond in the rough, run by folks who know & love the sport and the people involved in it!!
