Seeing that the clearance section was also included in their BOGO 50% deal, I grabbed some clearance socks for my daughter. What a fabulous deal! Both for under $30 - that's a deal, for sure! The cashier at the front was also amazing, she had a smile on her face, and brightened my evening telling me about the full double rainbow that was outside the store earlier. All the employees interacted with were working hard, and were extremely pleasant. While I was being rung up, a line of 2-3 were gathering. There were two more employees behind the register (one my have been training) I did notice they didn't seem in a hurry to clear the line, almost waiting for the cashier Elisa to do all the transactions. The employee behind the counter did eventually turn around and pull somebody from the line. Love the value, love the quality, and appreciated the friendly staff :))

This is when I was told by a manager named Alexis, that I had worn the shoes - when I in fact had NOT worn the shoes besides trying them on in store- and he wasn't going to give me my money back. I told him that he was wrong and needed to give me my money back. He gave me my money back very reluctantly ensuring me he didn't believe me. He told me he remembered me "not buying the membership" and that he remembered the shoes being clean and unworn on Tuesday. I left the store in tears over the interaction. Later, once I had calmed down, I realized I had taken photos of the shoes in store on Tuesday prior to buying them. It came to my realization that Gary and Alexis had sold me the floor sample shoe without telling me and then proceeded to blame me for the shoes being worn. After being treated so poorly, I will never be going back to road runner.

This pair of sandals has adjustable straps behind the ankle and on top of the foot and over the toe area. You only have to open the one strap over the top of the foot to put the shoe off and on. If by any chance her foot swells up more we can even add more strap by going to a shoe repair and add more to this specific sandal . All I can say is that you made my mom feel so special by helping her that day with your old fashioned shoe expertise , my words can't thank you enough . Thank you and I hope others go and check out the amazing shoes you have. You can find some incredible walking shoes. if you are going on a cruise or traveling to any Countries and doing any long hikes or walking tours check this store out . Before I came to Dr Aziz, I had been struggling for about 20 months with plantar warts on my feet…read more I had seen a podiatrist and then a dermatologist before Dr Aziz, had two excision procedures as well as about 10 liquid nitrogen freezings, without any resolution to the warts. I chose Dr Aziz because she had good ratings and also could provide Swift microwave therapy. I was initially skeptical because Swift is not covered by my insurance, but I was desperate to try something after battling my warts for so long. After the first set of treatments (4 sessions), there was some improvement but the warts remained. However, after the second treatment of the second set (treatment number 6 in total), the warts significantly improved and shrunk. By treatment 7, the warts were almost entirely gone and the last treatment she declared me wart free (we still did a final treatment just to be sure). Along with the microwave treatments, Dr Aziz prescribed a compound treatment cream every night under a bandage to aid in fighting the wart and attack from the top surface. Clearly it was a success. Microwave therapy is MUCH less painful than freezing or surgery. While there can be an intense stinging for about a half second, it subsides within seconds and after a treatment there is very very mild soreness that goes away entirely within a day. In comparison, freezing for my larger warts caused throbbing pain for multiple days for each treatment that required me to stay home from work and take pain medications for about a day and a half to go about my day. Excision is also painful - not as throbbing as freezing but much longer recovery. Microwave therapy requires no downtime for me and I can walk out of the office after treatment with no issues (just minor soreness that doesn't affect walking). Dr Aziz and her staff are excellent - they always take the time to explain procedures and process and I never felt rushed. The office is clean, well kept, and well staffed. Many stores has faux or polyurethane type jackets but not authentic leather. We stopped into Lucky Brand after visiting Macy's and Nordstrom and what amazing customer service. Terri and Aylissa were so nice and provided stellar customer service. My wife fell in love with the black cruiser style lambskin leather jacket and also tried the brown one in a similar but slightly different style. Terri got on a ladder and found my wife the correct size as it wasn't on the rack. What wonderful people at this store as we were so impressed with the kindness and caring assistance. Then Terri mentioned the sale they were having so we ended up buying the black and brown jackets and even recieved an additional 25% off. Their inventory is very nice and the store is meticulous. They called on behalf of us to Irvine Spectrum to secure his size and style for us to pick up.
