While we were shopping, my mom was looking around and making friendly small talk with the employee. I was finishing a text and when I looked up I made direct eye contact with the employee as she rolled her eyes and made a visibly disgusted/annoyed face while my mom was talking to her. My mom's back was turned, so she didn't see it. The employee immediately stiffened up when she realized I had seen her. I debated saying anything because I'm not a confrontational person, nor am I someone who normally spends my time leaving bad Yelp reviews, but I was honestly so appalled by the behavior that as we were leaving, I turned around and went back inside to address it with her directly. More than anything, I'm just really disappointed and honestly a little heartbroken for my mom. She was genuinely excited to come in and shop at a store she has loved for 20+ years, and seeing an employee mock her behind her back while she was simply being friendly was incredibly upsetting. The store is spacious, clean, and easy to browse with a large selection of shoes for men and women. I came in for fun sandals for the summer and ended up getting athletic shoes and custom inserts instead. HAHAHA. They had a good variety of brands like Nike, Adidas, Brooks, HOKA, and Skechers all in one place. The staff was friendly and patient while helping customers look for sizes and explaining different comfort options. Granted it wasn't busy when I went after work but all the staff members came by several times to see if I needed help. That was so nice. I also liked that they carry supportive footwear and shoe orthotics/custom insole options for extra comfort, which is great if you spend a lot of time walking or standing which is what I do for work. Parking was very convenient since the store is located in a shopping center with a large shared parking lot, so finding a spot was easy even during busy hours.

I returned to the store with my receipt and ended up making two trips after an employee named Blain told me I needed to bring back both shoes. When I returned, I was then told the manager had already left. Since my daughter's size was out of stock, I was told to call the store every Tuesday to check if it became available. What upset me most was when Blain looked at the shoes and said they didn't look like they had been worn for only one day. I offered to show her my receipt proving when I purchased them, but she did not even look at it. Her comment made me feel as though she was questioning my honesty. I understand that products can be defective and sizes can be out of stock. My complaint is about how I was treated when I simply asked for help with a defective product. Customers should be treated with courtesy and respect. Unfortunately, I left feeling dismissed and very disappointed with the customer service at this new location.

Took mom & dad here, and my mom went banana. Lucky us, the day after Christmas sales. The store is well displayed, organized, nice, and the manager, a nice gentleman greeted us right away. @ this early AM, both my mom & I were in our sweat, looked like craps, but they didn't judge us! He then turned us to Yoshi, what a nice young saleslady. She was so patient with my mom, got us our drinks, and helped mom for good half an hour. I love it when people treat my folks well. It means a lot to me. Watching mom ran around & tried to talk to Yoshi in her broken English, made me smile. Another successful day for mom, 2 handbags, a pair of jean, 2 shirts later; she was happy.
