It's a discount spot but everything's sorted into actual sections -- clothing, appliances, household stuff, food -- so it's not the dig-through-a-bin situation I expected. Then I turned a corner and found the exact silver watch I'd been eyeing online for weeks and had talked myself out of buying like a responsible adult. Here, the price made being responsible irrelevant. So now I own it. Walked out with that, some work clothes, and a couple of household things we apparently needed. Prices were low enough I stopped doing the math and just grabbed stuff. Staff was helpful even though it was busy. Came to kill time. Left with the watch I told myself I didn't need. Worth a look if you like brand-name things without the brand-name price.

I found that there was enough room to move about and aisles were clear. Yes, product is stacked high but not dangerous to navigate. There was one gentleman working, and we said hello. He said if we had any questions, to just ask. We had no idea what to expect or what we were looking for. You really have to take the time to slowly walk around and look high and low. I suppose you can find great bargains if you know your prices and are willing to spend some time there. They had tons of bedding, kitchen appliances, light bulbs and fixtures, huge rugs, weighted blankets, shoes, Water Piks, name brand luggage, and a ton of clothing on racks and some piled to be picked through, plus a bunch of other stuff. I even found some packages of pepperoni, but they were just thrown on a shelf. I guess they're shelf stable... All of these items are close-outs or returned to Costco, or just out-of-season (like the Christmas trees and wrapping paper I found.) If you like going on a treasure hunt, this is your place! I was surprised by the sheer number of items they have. I found some little things I didn't know I needed like a Hello Kitty pill case, a cotton swab holder, a Kuromi drawstring bag, and coffee flavored hard candy. Shopping at Daiso is like going on a treasure hunt. You never know what you're going to find.

Now the only "designer" items, if you can call it that, they carry, are Kate Spade and Dooney and Bourke bags (which are hilariously kept locked in a glass case). I've seen the random higher end like Tiffany's keychain and Valentino sunglasses. But you're hard pressed to find any high-end designer items at this location. They do have a fabulous home section, though. Pillows and towels and decorative knickknacks at this location. And they actually do carry some great decorative furniture pieces too. I get some great deals on clothing for my six-year-old daughter. If she needs new clothes, this is my first stop before Target. I would say for the most part, the store is kept as organized as it can be considering how much product they have to put out in the space they have. The fitting rooms could be cleaner. There's always balls of dust on the floors in the fitting rooms. They could stand to run a vacuum through there every morning. I have always found the staff to be pleasant. The only annoying thing is when you are checking out they consistently ask if you want to get the Marshalls/TJ Maxx credit card. And they think they are enticing you with 10% off your purchase if you join. But if you actually do your homework, you'll see that the interest on their company's credit card is outrageous - making that 10% off irrelevant. Don't fall for it unless you plan on paying off your purchase immediately. Otherwise getting their credit card is kind of a trap.

They have a huge parking lot out front that is shared with other businesses in that strip mall. They also offer several handicap parking spots. Right when you walk in they had a clearance section where I found a Velvet Caviar phone accessories set for $16. That's quite a deal. Normally they are $99. I found a couple of cute St. Patrick's Day decorated plush cats. I got one for myself and one for my BFF. There selection of St. Patrick's Day, Valentine's Day and Easter decor and gifts is exceptional. They had a lovely selection of wrapping paper. I found a roll that had strawberries all over it. I had to get one of those. The checkout line was not bad. They had plenty of employees at the checkout which made the line move fast.
