Paco, their delivery guy, had everything at my house within two hours -- seriously impressive. He removed my old appliances into the garage for me and fully set up the washer and dryer himself (water hookups, gas hookup, all of it). He was done in under 30 minutes and did an amazing job. I've seen some angry customers call her names over the air policy. She didn't respond in a negative way but listened and then asked the very vocal customer to leave. It was rather upsetting to see this customer lash out at her for a policy she was following and had no control over.
