This store seems a lot larger than the Murrieta and Menifee locations. Definitely more shoes, toys and women's clothing options. It was clean, mostly organized, service was quick and friendly at checkout as well. I deducted a star just because all three things I came in looking for (soccer ball size 4, Dashing Diva nail stickers and shoes for my kiddo) I was not able to find as in they had nothing at all. Kids' shoes don't have half sizes? The nails I was only able to find a clearanced Valentine's Day set and no soccer balls in any other size but size 5. I went to Marshall's to look for an outfit I need tomorrow. The store is open until 930pm and I arrived at 840pm to shop. I found a number of items, but when I went to the fitting room to try them on, I was informed the fitting room is closed. It closed at 8. I approached the front end staff and they confirmed, the fitting room is closed at 8 because they don't have staff to cover that shift. What about the lady who took my clothes at the fitting room and didn't let me try things on? What about the two employees at the front end, chatting, because there wasn't anyone in line. What about the manager they called from the office? The manager offered to open a fitting room, but by then, 1) I no longer felt welcome to shop there, and 2) my clothes had been put away by that first associate who notified me the fitting rooms were close. Needs a lot of work. Not sure why, but this location barely has any product. Compared to other Marshalls', this one can't even fill their shelves or racks. The items are also lackluster and not as cute. There was a massive line at the checkout. It was also moving quite slowly considering all the registers were opened. The worst part is that they DO NOT PRICE MATCH. We found 2 exact same items yet one was on clearance while the other wasn't. Like many other stores, we thought they could price match and we'd be able to get them both on sale. The lady at the register said no and that they don't do that. We were super disappointed and found it to be pretty ridiculous. Their prices, however, are standard to the other locations but could be cheaper. It was nice to see the store clean and organized after the Christmas chaos! What a difference a month makes! I came in the last week of December to find items strewn on floors and shelves in disarray. I felt badly for the employees because it was obvious they were scrambling to clean up but it was so crowded! I visited recently right as they opened up at 9:30 am and everything was nice, quiet, and clean. It was peaceful and nice to be able to maneuver my cart in the aisles unobstructed. Shopping bliss at last! Everything was easy to find and I found some nice items priced well. I got to the check out counter and met a very friendly and exuberant lady ( So sorry I forgot your name but I captured you in a photo!), who convinced me to apply for a credit card and get a discount. I qualified (I'm in trouble now) and this card can be used at Home Goods and TJ Maxx. God help me! Love this store and it will be one of many visits to come! This Marshall's is just okay. It's definitely a challenge to find good things at this location. You really have to dig around to find the "gold" and to be completely honest there's not that much gold here lol. That doesn't mean I didn't find anything. I just found a few things and it took me awhile but that's okay because I was still able to grab a few items. The staff here is very nice and of course there's plenty of parking. Other than that if you really are looking to do some serious Marshall's shopping I would definitely recommend looking at a different location before stopping by at this one. read more

I just visited this location it was surprised to see the selection of chocolates that they provided especially during this holiday season. Similar to all of their other stores, Please door and provides a large selection of clothing, shoes and accessories for the home. Though parking was difficult is it shares a common a lot with other stores such as Ross I was fortunate enough to find a spot. The associates that work at this location are friendly and were eager to help. I noticed there were a lot of Laker jersey with Lonzo ball as well as Brandon Ingram this is probably indication of the two will not be with the Lakers next year which would be sad. I was able to buy some Godiva chocolate at a discount and surprisingly enough they are not yet expired. I'll be back again for sure if in the area. I love being able to shop here not feeling like I'm breaking my wallet! read more

I came here to check out the high end makeup and it's all in the front where the line forms. A lot of people swatch makeup and I check the makeup to see if someone has swatched it. If not, I end up purchasing it. I was looking at the makeup up front and the rude lady told me to not be opening the makeup. I told her that I was just checking to see if it's been touched or swatched. She was pretty rude. I have never in my life experienced this at any Marshall's. I ended up buying a couple of things. I got an Anastasia Beverly Hills lipstick and a blush trio by a new name brand. They didn't have very much clothing I cared for or anything good. It looked like people were just looking for stuff. Some things were disorganized and aisles were so tight. I'm very disappointed in this location. Rude customer service from one of the ladies here. They will not get my business again. I'm so disappointed in this Marshall's location. When you walk up to get a shopping cart, the area they are stored in is absolutely filthy. Trash in the carts, and the cement is covered with trash, dirt, leaves to the extent you have to wade through it to try to get a cart. Inside the store the women's dressing rooms are disgusting as are the restrooms. Surfaces are sticky and the floors are filthy. No excuse for these conditions. read more

Ok, I know 4 stars for me means that this place is a phenom. So let me share the experience. I took a gander on Vet's day to see if there was anything worth my time here. I look in the men's dress shirt disaster area and start the excavation process. I find several Ike Behar's in my size and in colors that I don't have. The price...$18. Yeah, you read it right $18. Apparently they were tagged as "past season" items, but how is black, white and gray past season? It's probably the finish, but a Behar dress shirt that normally retails for $125 selling at $18 isn't a steal. It's 3-Mile Island. Now the meltdown ensues. 2 minutes in the pile I find something that says "D & G". I'm thinking, "nah, no way, not here." I pull out the shirt, it's Dolce, albeit a tuxedo shirt but its still Dolce. The price...$28. It also has a "past season" sticker on it. I grab it, even though the neck is a half size too small. No matter, I'll probably rock this with a blazer and jeans anyway. The last item is a black on black pinstripe Hugo Boss dress shirt. It is quite nice. It will go well with a lot of everything I have. The price...$18. WTF!!! There is a guy next to me who picked up a Dockers shirt for $22. WTFx2!!!! Fella, there's Boss and Behar in this pile. Morons! 3 legit designer dress shirts for under $70. I was mystified. I love this marshalls but the staff can be ifffy. There was a girl at the front cleaning carts. I gave her my cart since it was empty. I'm personally a cart cleaner so I understand that it's sometimes annoying when customers give you their carts while there a designated place. But I didn't see one. It was a mistake on my part because then I saw one. But she was very rude. She asked me why I would just leave my stuff there. And me just being nice and not seeing the place for the carts I gave it to her so they wouldn't have to hunt them down. She then continued to complain to me about why would I do such a thing. I appreciate that the dressing room policy treats customers respectfully. They allow you to take as many clothes into the change room as you want to try on, with the appropriate number tag. They do not inspect every hanger for hidden garments, like a competitor does. No customer likes to be treated like a shoplifter. read more

I have never been treated so poorly in a store as I was this morning. On two separate occasions, I had associates who followed me and watched my every move. Not once was I greeted, or asked if I needed assistance. I look for great bargains and compare prices on ebay through my blackberry, so I am assuming that the employees felt that I was being shady. The cashier was very cold to me while I checked out, never thanked me. What completely infuriated me, however, is when I left the store, the cahsier proceded to follow after me, looking at the door sensors. She physically walked out to the foyer and stared as I left. Just visited and shopped at your store in Mayaguez, Puerto Rico. I applaud the move to stop the use of plastic bags wholeheartedly, but, can you give the tourists in that area a heads up? There are no visible signs stating that you no longer provide bags (or sell reusable ones because the cashier said they had none) and this was totally inconvenient for us. I had purchased wrapping paper at the Temecula Marshalls on December 17 , 2017 at full price.. Upon purchasing this I had asked if I may bring it back if I didn't end up using it. I was informed with a recepit it would not be a problem. I was then informed it would be half off starting the day after Christmas. I then also asked if I could return it and then repurchase it at the cheaper price and was also told yes by the same associate. Upon returning it on December 26 I was very rudley informed (quite loudly in front of everyone up in front of the store) by a female manager that "no one told you that-this has NEVER been our policy as long as I have been here and I WILL NOT allow that".... I went on to stated that an associate did indeed tell me that and I understand that businesses have policies ... She continued to be quite rude to me and basically accused me of being a liar in front of other associates as well as patrons standing in line. I am an honest person and would never make up something like this-I used to work in retail many years ago and know how frustrating some customers can be...! I am very disappointed that this woman treated me like I was a thorn in her side and NOT a valuable customer who simply received incorrect information from an assosciate who may not have known better.. The quality of products is GREAT in this store! I come here all the time! However some of the workers are VERY RUDE!!!! I believe one of the workers that is ALWAYS rude is a manager. She has long dark hair. Older lady with dark bags under her eyes, NEVER SMILES. Every time I see her in the front she looks pissed and is so rude to the customers. I have experienced this first hand myself so I always watch her when I'm in line and she is rude to everyone. They seriously need to get some new staff. There's another worker that is very rude too but I haven't seen her recently. She is a Hispanic girl, straight mid length hair, maybe in her 20's early 30's. I like this Marshalls, I pretty much like all Marshalls. I go there because it is a discount store that requires patience and knowing actual prices in upper market stores. There, in upper market stores, sales staff kowtows to you because they have to sell at all cost to get up on the chart behind the scenes and meet the commission standard. I dont expect people at Marshalls to have greeters or hound me on the floor with a fake helpful smile.I dont expect sales staff asking me 'how I am doing'. I dont give a crap how they are doing, why would I want them to ask me. I have never experienced outright rudeness but then again I dont have the social insecurity of a toddler like other people here who diss this store because the 'manager is rude'. Really? Take your thumb out of your mouth and get a life, or better yet, go shopping at Nordstorms and pay their prices. read more

Have always loved Marshall's. I am in several times a month and spend a lot of money in this store. Picked up a pair of sandals on the clearance rack. They were a size 8.5, needed a 9. Found the size 9 and noticed the 8.5 was marked 16.00 and the size 9 was marked 20.00. SAME SHOE. I brought both to the register and asked why one was 16 and one was 20 for the same shoe. They told me that one had been marked down before and not the other. ‍ IT IS THE SAME SHOE. I asked if the manager would let me pay the 16 for it since they are the same shoe. They stated they had to call someone "higher up" and when they did, they said NO. I was like "are you serious?" So Marshall's just lost a good paying customer for years over 4 dollars. All I wanted to do was purchase my items and go. The cashier tried to sell me on anything she could. I said no thank you, but she kept on about it. Then she tells me to hold on a second because she has some invite to give me for some event they are doing at the store, so again Im waiting. Finally she rings me up and instead of handing me my change, she lays it out all on the counter to count it for me so now I have to waste more time trying to pick it all up. Unpleasant experience. The employees make it obvious that they hate their jobs. One was organizing purses and threw them on the ground and was making a bigger mess and was throwing a tantrum. Our experience here was not very welcome. Granted we came in 20 mins before they closed. My gf needed workout gear for her boot camp class early morning and the one I usually go to is in moreno valley but was in the area. So walked in no welcome to the customers. Not even how r u doing.smh. customer service is dead in this big chain companies. Sad. Then when one of the workers there got on the intercom letting us know it was 8pm and closed. She let us know that they will close all registers in 3 mins. Meaning 8:03. Hmmm u can't kick customers out but plzz be respectful about it the tone of the rep on the intercom was rude and tone is everything in retail and hers was horrible. Finally get to the register and Berta helped us. Very energetic and even did a price check for us. Smiled and thank us for shopping with Marshall. She is the reason I didn't give a 2 star. Great rep she was. Passed by 3 employees on the way out and didn't even say have a nice night. Plus we had to pushed the door open which was a little tough for myself and I am I guy. All and end wouldn't go back. I will stay in my city for Marshalls and go to that one. read more
