The manger on the second half older African lady is not meant to be a supervisor. I asked her a simple question in the most polite way ever and she starts yelling at me. I am in my car out in the parking lot. Literally SHOCKED by the treatment of the manager (?!) Tracy! Walked into store at 9:30 only to be greeted by HER words to the worker beside her "Wjat time is it?" I said "I have tome to shop, its 9;30 and Ill be fast" She said "You only have 20 minutes" Anyway... I proceeded to shop at a very fast pace and decided to bypass most of my shopping as I could overhear her griping. At 9:48 as I approacjed the register, she said loudly to the other workers "Isn't she literally the last one in here?" I spoke and said "No there are lots of other people still shopping and its only 9:48. They may want to shop even slower since you werent very nice in your greeting" she just gave me the filthiest look. I am 58 years old and disabled. I truly do take offense at the way I was treated. I love the Dollar tree stores, I just left there upset because all I asked the lady if she was going to open the cash register because I thought it was open so I got out of the long line, she yield at me and so rude to me, and she finally got the other lady to open and she's like, when we open you wouldn't be the first one anyway, which I get it, but she went and got 5 to 6 customers to place them in front of me , I only had 1 item to purchase, she was the store manager, I was almost in tears because I did not do anything to deserve her poor fkn attitude!! read more

Came here to buy a bunch of discounted items the owner / manager when ringing up my items was pricing everything at that moment. Absolutely nothing had a price tag on it. And it wasn't an even dollar. He would charge me a 1.50. 1.90. 2.25. 2.40 I wish that he would do like all other Dollar Tree stores and put the prices on the rack or on the product but not price it out as he's ringing it up. This place is dirty and many items are broken or opened. I guess that has more to do with the people in the area than the store, but it still is a hassle to find the last of an item you want, only to find that some jerk parent thinks it's ok to let their moron kid open stuff in a store & drop it on the ground. Perris is so trashy. Still, the lines here need to be managed better. They can get to be ridiculously long before another cashier opens up and then people in the back swarm to the front of the newly formed line. What? I've been to other Dollar Trees that weren't nearly as skeevy as this location. There's a lot that could use some improvement at this place. read more

I am leaving this review about the LAST time I ever shopped at this particular Dollar Tree. There was only one register open and a looong line. The cashier called for back up. Instead of approaching the next customer in line to invite them to her register, the back up cashier just opened up her register. Now, I've worked as a cashier and this is not acceptable. You are supposed to escort the next in line to your register. The lady who was next in line started to go to the register with her cart when the lady BEHIND me rushed forward, slamming her cart into the other ladies to make her back up. The cashier watched this happen and said nothing. I was shocked at how RUDE that hag was but I was even more shocked that the cashier did nothing, said nothing, she didn't even seem to care. The lady who was wronged handled the situation with class, she said forget that and stayed in the line she was in. Hours that are posted on line need to be updated. I drove a distance and hours on window are 9-9 pm not 9-10 pm

I asked where the restroom was and when I found my way there it was DISGUSTING! When I went back to show the manager pictures she just kept telling me it was cleaned in the morning, I was there 12/27/18 at 8pm, so 12 hours went by and no one checked it! I was pissed that she kept telling me how it was cleaned and took over an hour. I don't give a damn if it was cleaned for five hours point is it's dirty now and there's blood on the floor and seat. I'm glad I didn't have my child with me. The floor was wet, no toilet paper, and it smelt like straight piss. She was very defensive and while I was still there no one went to clean it. She should be ashamed of herself as a manger that her store looks like shit along with her nasty bathroom. I am contacting the corporate office to complain about the unsanitary situation that store is in and that their manager is lazy and full of excuses! Lazy lazy lazy! I stopped by at around 9:45 pm on Saturday April 9 to get something for my car really quick and this worker about 5'2 told me they were closed and she gladly let other people in. I ask her why she let them in if they were closed. She just responded with " oh I don't know " followed by some hand gestures. I might never shop here again. I stopped at this particular dollar store to buy balloon for my mom for Mother's Day who passed away two years ago and it seemed like the cashier (Melissa) was a total bitch to everyone. The people in front me all seemed to be fed up with her tone and attitude. I understand that it might have been a busy day but her attitude towards everyone was unacceptable. Once she started helping me, it seemed like she was trying to rush me so she could move onto the next person. As I was telling her what balloons I wanted, she sighing which I found really rude. I think she should definitely be trained because yo be working as in a customer service place, she should know how her tone should be. read more
