Large selection of items at great prices. I like the variety they have and it's never too busy.

I really wanted to like this location because it serves an important need in the community, but the condition of this store has been disappointing for years. This isn't based on one bad visit. I've shopped here repeatedly over the years, and many of the same problems continue to exist. Entire sections of shelves are often empty, merchandise is disorganized, products are left sitting on carts or racks instead of being stocked, and the floors are frequently filthy. What stands out most is that I've returned several days later--sometimes four or five days apart--and the condition of the store looked virtually unchanged. On some visits there appeared to be multiple employees stocking or working throughout the store, yet the shelves remained understocked, the displays disorganized, and the store generally looked neglected. I understand retail is challenging and that stores deal with staffing shortages, inventory issues, and difficult customers. However, this location often feels like it is operating in a constant state of disrepair rather than simply having a bad day. The community relies on this store for affordable goods and everyday necessities. Customers deserve a clean, organized, and well-maintained shopping experience regardless of where they live. I sincerely hope management and corporate leadership invest the time and resources needed to bring this location up to the standard the community deserves. read more

These two employees were talking in the medicine aisle, a guy with brown hair and a girl with blonde hair and heavy makeup. They were talking there for a while, then moved and the guy said "I moved several times for customers I won't move again, they just have to deal with it" like what??? This store is getting worse!! After 16 yrs shopping here it's now walk in walk right out. There always only 1 register open the line down the entire aisle as 4 employees are gathered in the aisles chatting. The store is so filthy and the floors are beyond sticky and discuss! I understand this store is in the process of moving things around but how long does it take to do this it's been several months!! So there is no excuse. The store has looked this bad for years! I always go to the dollar tree all the time but never in my life has dollar tree been so slow. Me and my cousins had walked in for only one item we had waited 30 mins in line for both registers that were opened by two females they were both slow and one had been stopped to blow up balloons and taking forever because she kept loosing the balloons while talking on the phone for a long time while costumers were waiting. I had been so done with for the both of them I told my cousins to put it away bcs they had been so slow and the one beeping all costumers slowly had mean mugged me as I walked off. I honestly don't recommend and this is a not one time experience this happens all the time at this dollar tree. Honestly dolllar trees management is slow and needs to keep up with their work overall this is the worst store to be at if your in a rush! read more

The manager at this location is completely useless. There's always only one cashier on the register and there's always more than 10-15 people in line. He sees that the cashier is struggling and he refuses to help her, Customers are complaining and he still refuses to help that manager is a waste I don't know how he was able to to get a manager position. I came in to get some items on a Friday morning. The customer in front of me wanted balloons so she proceeded to leave the check out line all while the manager is "helping" another customer with balloons and the line continues to grow and nothing is done. Everyone is growing impatient and upset. This isn't the way to run a business. This is a shame. I refuse to come to the store again. read more

I have a serious love/hate relationship with dollar tree. I understand that I can't expect too much from a dollar store, but c'mon, why is their bathroom always "closed" whenever I go?! It's super annoying. Another issue that I have with this location is that they're never stocked with paper towels.. why? I will give them credit for two things though. The first one is their school supply section. The second one is their arts and crafts section. I'm an RA so I go in here often to buy supplies. Either way, thank you to the employees who are there, because in a world where we're all understaffed, I want to thank the ones that do show up. read more

I've been here a few times, the selection is good if you are looking for home decor or school supplies. The other sections are just ok. The staff here seems a little unprofessional and the store always has long lines & the area and crowd this specific location attracts is not the best. I was not able to get her name but the Hispanic lady who works here and does not speak English is very rude. I asked her a question and she looked me in my face and turned her head and ignored me. I literally had to say hello very loudly for her to turn around and say in Spanish that she only speaks Spanish. read more

Dora, the so-called manager, obviously wasn't house trained. She was running around (not managing anything) cussing in Spanish about multiple customers. This was odd, considering the three customers she was cussing about only asked her if another lane was going to open up. One of the customers (a disabled woman) was nice about it. The other was not. Still, plenty of people speak (and understand) Spanish. Be careful what you are saying. Then, several of us heard her in the little office yelling at a customer on the phone. Crazy times. Disgusting location, too. The floor and aisles are filthy, things are always in every single aisle (I've seen customers in wheelchairs lose their place in line because every aisle is blocked), and employees are hiding in the paper towel section on their phones. It's a very clean store. One situation I observed was sad and troubling. Evelyn (cashier) left the check stand to blow up balloons, leaving the check stand unattended for about 4 minutes. During that time a line began to develop. A guy behind me looked impatient. He simply walked around, headed for the door, and walked out with his merchandise without paying. When the cashier returned, I noticed two other people simply leave from the store with self-brought shopping bags full of goods. Then the original guy I observed walked back in, re-emerged with paper towels, and then confidently walked right out. This appeared to be normal behavior for all 3 shoplifters. They didn't even glance toward the cashier, rather they just walked right out without hesitation or anyone from the store even noticing. I suspect this probably happens all day long as it happened 4 times in roughly 6 to 7 minutes. read more

I came here and it was packed with people! I can see why? They have items I can't find at other places and only 1 dollar! The store was very clean considering the kids running around in the aisles and holiday season. I enjoyed the smile and "Hello" and "Thank you"from "Juan" the cashier. This dollar tree seldom disappoints. Manager Miguel was putting out Halloween decor and I saw some boxes of items I wanted. I asked if he minded opening a couple of boxes for me and he quickly obliged. Very kind man and super friendly to not only me but to all of his customers. I will definitely come again. Employees are extremely rude. Was there this morning with my toddler who needed to use the restroom I asked if we can use the restroom. She lied and said it was out of order there's no way she's working an eight hour shift with an iron or a bathroom or as a paying customer, you should be able to use the restrooms and the employee carried on and spoke negatively about me and my child with the other customers in line read more

The convenience of everything being $1 is always great! However, not many of their items are great in quality. Some days they may have some good items, some days there may not be any in storage. I definitely love coming here for little candy snacks, tuple ware, Arizona teas, and make up cleaning pads! The customer service is mediocre. Some are nice, some are just there doing their job. I appreciate great customer service whenever I receive it as it tends to be rare unfortunately. Today I was helped with buying 54 plate chargers by a wonderful cashier named Ericka. I was shocked that staff allowed in a person with no mask & never asked people in line to stay apart. As the lines grew long, people didn't stay on their floor markings, but crowded forward. Staff never announced that people needed to stay 6 feet apart. If you don't want to be exposed, don't go to this store. read more

I noticed upon entering the store I wasn't greeted. People before were greeted and folks after me were greeted. I found most of what I needed in the store. When I checked out the cashier refused to greet me. I greeted her 3 times before she spoke to me. After she bagged most of my stuff she spoke to the customer behind me twice. Always a line. When I ask checker to call someone so they can open another checkstand I'm always told there's no one else. Yet, there are usually at least 2 employees restocking shelves. When I ask to please call the manager so I can talk to him , once manager gets there and sees the line and I address the issue of opening another checkstand I am ignored. Corporate needs to send out someone manager doesnt recognize and request for him and then ask about opening another checkstand to see how rude he is. The manager Tito is more than rude. A bad example for his employees and worse customer service. He was holding a meeting with employees in the middle of an aisle and also had the aisle blocked with a cart. I love the dollar store because helium balloons are such a good deal! $1 for a balloon!! I also like to come here to get trash bags and dish soap. There are better dollar store locations out there but since this one is closest to me, it'll do. I used to come here all the time and never had an issue until today. I am so beyond disgusted and in shock from my experience this morning. My four-year-old daughter had to pee and their customer restroom was out of order. I asked them if she could use their employee bathroom and they denied her for some stupid reason, poor training, inhumanity? Dollar Tree get your shit together train your employees to handle this situation in a humane and proper way- NOT denying access to a toilet for a four-year-old. I am so beside myself I am just disgusted and appalled that these ignorant workers would turn away a four-year-old child that is about to pee her pants. This Dollar tree is the worst, always long lines , customer service SUCKS!! The manager Tito is RUDE!! There was a homeless man walking around the store asking for money and people would say no and man will start calling you names . I went straight up to the manager Tito to make a complaint and he didn't even look at me or say anything and kept doing what he was doing , a whole a lot of NOTHING!!
