I was recently at the store located on Canyon Springs (on Friday 3/27/2026). Unfortunately I didn't realize until I returned home that my gold Coach bracelet was not on my wrist (a Christmas gift from my granddaughters). After searching all weekend for it, to my dismay, I didn't find it! I stepped out on faith Monday 3/30/2026, and called the store to inquire if someone had possibly turned it in! After the store operator verified my info/description, she told me they had it!!! She was very polite, concerned and professional! The gentleman Associate who assisted inside the store was very accommodating, as well!!! I can't tell you how elated I was to know there are still good and honest people that go out of their way to be just that!!! ( I wish I could've been able to personally thank that person). I purchased a large 64oz for pick up at this location and when I received my product I was not a fan of the color. I saw they had another color ins tore that I did like for the 64oz Hydroflask and the cashier kindly exchanged the Hydroflask for me with no issue. read more

It has been awhile since I've been in a Nordstrom Rack and I don't know why. I saw some really good deals in there. I want to go back for the jewelry and cologne/ perfume section alone . It took over an hour to get to this Nordstrom Rack. So if you shop online, the merchandise is sometimes out in the boonies, and they won't ship to your local store. I think they just want to generate traffic at slower stores. The shoes I got for my grandson was worth the drive, but it would have been less expensive to just have it sent with other deliveries... read more

I didn't care for the in-stock items at this store. The sandals for men were very limited (except their flip-flops). The men's clothes were also lacking and skewing 55+. Myself and a few other young people only took 5 mins to scan the men's section and that was it. I only liked the Tommy Bahama button-ups but they were $60+ dollars. I've been to other Nordstrom Rack locations with far better prices and quality. read more

Located in the Canyon Springs Marketplace between Old Navy and Marshalls with plenty of parking. I mostly order online from the Rack and was happy to learn of this location. The store is very neat, organized, and seemed fully stocked. I was very pleased with the ease of completing my online return at the store. The staff was friendly and welcoming. I finally had a chance to visit this store, since I've been putting it off for so long. It was neat, well well organized and had a lot of selections to choose from. The cosmetic section seemed to be the most popular, since a lot of the MAC and NYX products were not fully stocked. I happened to be looking around the shoe department and found a cute pair of heels, that I liked. It actually felt good to purchase shoes, in person and be able to try them on and walk in them before purchasing, since I'm always making online purchases. For it being a new store it's okay the rows are very narrow, you really can't fit with your shopping carts down the aisle. It would be a law suit waiting to happen if someone in a wheel chair could get around. I will say the store is clean which is nice and the staff is nice that checks you out. But the assistant manager with purple hair really should take a class on giving customer service. The Nordstrom family would be so disappointed in the way that she speaks to customer and handles situations. Didn't show leadership or any of the values of the Nordstrom way. I get better service at a Hot Dog store ! No exchange, return, or credit without a receipt or proof that my cousin purchased my Christmas present by her email or phone number (seriously, someone MUST provide an email or phone number to purchase something ?!?) I spoke with a manager. Nope...no way. THAT was after 20 minutes on hold, calling twice, someone will return my call and never did so I had to drive over their. Told the girl at the counter I needed a manager and after 5 minutes when another girl asked if she could help, I said, "oh no, she (pointing to the first girl) called the manager for me. She looked at me and said, "no I didn't". Good heavens... Companies with great service are going out of business left and right. Bye-Bye Nordstrom's rack. read more
