I took them right back to the store it probably took me about 45 min. So, i took them up to the cashier who sold me the pants and asked if i could exchange them. She said yes. I pick out the right size and gave them to her at the register and she asked me for my receipt. I said receipt, i was just in here 45 minutes ago you sold me the pants. I told her i didnt want a cash refund I only wanted to exchange them for a bigger size.This place is awful i could not believe that ish. So i started looking for my receipt and while im looking the asian owner told me in a very rude tone next time bring your receipt. My son was with me at the time so i didnt act a donkey. I keep my cool but in my head i was like i dont need to steal 12 dollar school uniform pants from you P.A.B. The owner at this store does not respect his African American customers. So this Yelp review is for the A.A in Riverside don't shop at this place. If the owners and the employees dont respect your dollars shop some where else. The owner of this place is an Asian male. Over and over I find things from the dollar tree that they're selling for 3.29 or even close to $4. If the item has new tags, they jack up the price for more than what it's worth. Don't donate to this location. They are a for profit corporation that spends no money on inventory and sells it for more than it's worth brand new. With the outrageous prices the thrift stores charged nowadays, you're better off going to an antique store. They have more curated pieces, vintage and durable stuff and most of it is in working condition or undamaged. I find myself going to antique stores more and more. Comparing to the prices that thrifts used to charge back in the day, I would say antique stores are slightly more expensive. But, the way the pricing is now, you would probably find much better pieces than the trash savers sells for equal pricing.

Usually love coming here. Had the WORST experience today…read more Needed to use the restroom - one was locked, the other was FILTHY (so dirty, no toilet paper or toilet seat covers). I wait for about 10mins and no one comes out of the other restroom. I go back to shop and I hear the manager Ruby open the locked door to use that locked restroom (which I assume is clean). I wait again, another 10mins for her to come out so I can use the restroom. She stays in there and proceeds to use the phone. I can hear the entire conversation. Not sure why she flushed the toilet 7x, probably to pretend she was actually using the bathroom instead of being on the phone. She finally comes out so I try and use the restroom and she proceeds to tell me that bathroom is for employees only. I was a retail manager for years. Not once did I ever think to lock a door so customers couldn't use the bathroom. It didn't say "employees only" or anything either. And being on the phone for 10mins???? Aren't you on the clock? Why are you getting paid for being on the phone with your mom. So ridiculous.
