Dollar Tree is one of my favorite stores where I can save a lot of money and stay with in my budget. I needed to pick up a few things at this Dollar Tree Store. I bought a pretty Blue Coffee Cup and it can also be used as a Soup Mug at the same time. The price is $3.25. I also purchased 2 smaller size bottles of DAWN Dish Wash Liquid Soap . The price was $2.25 each. Their cashiers are very polite and helpful in locating what I need if the items have been moved to another location in their store. Also this Dollar Tree Store is very organized and clean that's a big plus for me their customer. This is a good place to get my shopping done . read more

Welp. This place is depressing. Came a little bit out of my way to grab a few items. None of them were available. It felt like every aisle I turned down, there were multiple bare shelves. There was about 10 people in the store this Wednesday early afternoon. And only three employees. The employees seemed to be pleasant as they smiled to each and everyone. The prices of the products are still very cheap but the quality overall isn't great. Some cleaning products and candles I think are underpriced. I'm more than happy with the value I get. Maybe even some birthday and things for special occasions (the ones that are plastic at least) are good values here....but other than that. Yikes. Outside the small humming of people, it was a pretty silent store. Parking is plentiful but getting into it depending on which direction you are driving from could be atrocious. Outside this Dollar Tree, I had the misfortune of encountering a verbally aggressive panhandler who resorted to name-calling the moment I declined to give him money. Naturally, I brought this to the manager's attention, expecting at least a flicker of concern. Instead, I got a shrug and a word-for-word gem: "We don't do nuthin about that." Charming. And when I used the word panhandler, she looked at me like I was quoting Shakespeare in Klingon. Inspiring to see Dollar Tree recruiting from the intellectual deep end. Apparently, customer harassment is just another part of the ambiance now, one they can't be bothered to address. If this is how they define loyalty to paying customers, it's no wonder the store is run by someone who wouldn't pass a basic vocabulary test, let alone a management course. What a disgraceful standard to operate by. You can't even shop for dollar-store junk without dodging verbal abuse and being met with clueless indifference. Well done, Dollar Tree. read more

Came in as soon as they opened on Sunday July 7th and the girl at the cashier was extremely rude and not helpful at all.

This store sucks! For starter, no Background music, I mean come on, that instantly changes the whole mood and environment (just saying) 2nd., every time I'm there every single employee has an attitude or a resting b**** face what the h*** is wrong !!!!????no smiles, no greetings, if you don't want to work call out, or find another job, one that makes YOU happy first!!!! It is so annoying to come in and have to see your faces And slow movements!!! Cmon! Wonder how management treat these people or if they even have any management at all put a little more effort until your jobs! Also I think it's rude and disrespectful when you are the cashier talking to an employee like can you wait until you're done ringing the customers so you can gossip with the other employee who is actually standing on isle 3 and you're on register number 5!! Nothing really special about this Dollar Tree like most Dollar Trees. It seems dead most the time but at the same time I usually come before closing. If you need something cheap then this is definitely the spot and the employees are okay. read more

This is the dirtiest and most unorganized dollar tree I've ever been to. I travel to check them all out and this one is the worst!

You find a lot of stuff, but they are getting two starts from me because of their very bad customer service. I went there yesterday 3/23/2018, and asked if they could unlock the restroom for me so I could use it. The old light complexion black guy was on the phone, and told me that the restrooms were for employees only. Really? So there is two restrooms there one for men and one for women, with signs that read "No merchandise inside bathroom" Why would you put signs like this for employees? These signs are for customers to read before going inside the restroom. Obviously this employee was to lazy to go open the door for me, and prefer to say it was for employees only. Just make sure you use the bathroom, before coming to this store, because lazy guy will not unlock it for you. read more

If i could give 0 stars i would . This is the most effed up dollar tree to go to, there is a mexican lady. Apparently she is the manager. Short, reddish brown hair. Let me start of by saying if you dont like working costumer service dont work in retail! Simple as that !, i simply was trying to tell her something and she hits me with a rude disgusted face and says " no entiendo", i speak spanish too, and tried to tell her in spanish which she just began to walk away ? I went into the dollar tree this morning, I was fearful for my safety and other customers while in the store, for the manager started cussing at a customer accusing the lady of stealing, pulling on the customers clothing calling the customer, all kinds of names, ramming the customer with the grocery cart, then another employee came over to the customer and things started going up in the air! I was shocked, scared ,for the customer and for the rest of us in the store! I will not recommend anyone to go to this store! With all the issues in the world now! I will start off by, saying, The girl with black curly o But another African-America, with short hair is EXTREMELY rude, very judgmental, and overall unpleasant. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! Soooo bas the their customers, made the whole store unattractive! Ex. I am looking for eyeshadows, i found 2 p cks/palettes that i was going to buy. Once i found them, I I checked my phone for the next items that I wanted on my list. The next item on my list was Nail polish. So put my phone back in my purse, and I immediately hear her screaming "you can NOT PUT TH IN YOUR!" And i pull out my phone and Oi say what? I can't put my phone in my purse? And all she said was"oh"- no apology, no my misunderstanding .etc Then i has my looking through this completep mess of nail polish, trying to find this specific olive green color. As I was searchin the color, I would take one by one out, and as doin so, out of courtesy.l put them back where they belonged!! And again the same last lady, instead of thanking me, she got mad that I was helping and said that they had people to do that for them, but obviously they had not done it in forever because it was a complete mess. Unbelieveable how dirty this store was. Not organized at all. The only section that looked presentable was the Valentines row. The checker was nice and efficient but the store was thrashed. There were fruit flies on the toy row????? Not sure why. Random boxes filled with crap thrown on the floor in several sections. Hopefully someone sees this and cleans the store up. I am used to shopping the Lemon Grove one which is usually organized and clean or the one on University that is also taken care of. I like this dollar tree since it's not super busy. Their stationary section I love it. Came in here looking for stickers because the other locations always run out of the good ones. But surprisingly they had a whole stack and was able to find what I wanted. At the time we were looking for marbles and found a whole bunch! Only for $1 whereas hobby lobby sells for nearly $3 or more!!! It really depends what you want. You can't really expect name brand items or more but I found what I was looking for. The area is deep in Euclid so the neighborhood may look sketchy. It's right by the Fam Mart, Didis, and Rite Aid. read more

Once in awhile I come here during my lunch break since I work less than a mile away. Not the best Dollar Tree that I have been to. No matter when I have been there, there has only been 1 person working the register. Also this is the only location that I have ever been to that doesn't allow you to exchange unopened food. I've never known any other Dollar Tree to do that and the receipt makes no mention of that policy.... read more
