The luggage needs to access the site and give the access tag code to get the discount. Ale diligently and quickly researched in their system and the price went from &79 to $64. Ale is from MCKee and capitol branch. She was also very patient in taking my reward points and repackaging my other items so they can fit in my luggage so I can comfortably bring to my car. That location does not allow us to push their carts outside their door. I was so happy to get a cashier who took time to give me extra savings. This particular Marshalls can be hit or miss and I only go here once in a while, but when I do, I sometimes find the best things. L O C A T I O N Marshalls is located at The Great Mall in Milpitas. The parking here is nuts. It's just hard to find parking during peak shopping days and it's also nearby a restaurant so you're also competing for spots with them. Just be patient or park in areas where there's less traffic and just walk inside the mall to get to Marshalls. Luckily I've been able to find something nearby. I N S I D E It's a fairly spacious Marshalls. Home good areas is on the outer edge with clothing for women and men in the central area. Shoes are closer to the mall area entrance side. Two areas to check out. One near the mall entrance and one near the parking lot entrance. S E L E C T I O N This is where it can be a hit or miss. They sometimes have Breville appliances. I've also seen Manduka yoga mats during the beginning of the year. What I do like is that everything feels much more organized than in previous years. They had all their spring dresses out which was kind of nice! I didn't have much time, but they did have a good variety. I was here to look at yoga mats and they did have a good amount to look at, just the type of yoga mat I want wasn't there. I'm a bit particular with the surface as I do sweat a lot. But the prices were reasonable with $30 being the highest price I saw. I recall when I did see Manduka mats here, they were roughly $50-80? Which yes, it's imperfect, but it's a steal just no warranty. S E R V I C E When I've had to purchase things over the years (it's been a while folks), lines generally go fairly quickly as they do have many registers open when they see the lines becoming long. They have such cute sakura themed dishes, cups and plates and decor. Of courses everything is cheaper in Japan by more than half, but prices have seem to also gone up because of tariffs. I really hope this location doesn't close down as the Oakridge and Great mall locations did close. Employees seem happier at this location than the previous other locations.

However, there were a few issues on checkout. I was charged for the lower of two prices on a bunch of canned soup I bought. That was good. But that mostly got wiped out by being charged sales tax on them all. Canned soup is not taxable in California. That should be corrected. Also, the receipt that got printed only shows the total. To get an itemized receipt you have to do "Email Receipt" on the checkout screen. Although it will just show prices since they are typing in the value on a white price label, not scanning a bar code. One $11.99 item got rung up at $12.99. But only 2 of 3 items I got from the refrigerated area were charged to make up for that. The items I got from the fridge did not have the price stickers. Not sure if there had been any prices on the shelf. Anyway, might wanna check your emailed receipt before leaving the parking lot.

It looked like that area had been picked over pretty good. That had a small Valentine's section with cute items. I found a really nice hair clip with a little bling on it, that I decided to purchase. I love looking through their international food section. They have chocolates and cookies from around the world. They also had a nice Asian and Italian section. I decided to checkout after walking throughout the store. There was no line and I had great customer service at the checkout.
