At least, they have places to play games still, and Macy's is still there. I used to go mainly for Zumiez and Daiso. Now, that they have an IMAX cinema, I should visit that. I generally park near the entrance with Quickly, near Fresco Supermarket. Parking near Macy's got to be a problem with people not paying attention. I didn't see a Burlington, so they must be okay for now.

IMHO My local Target…read moreis undergoing a health renovation at the moment...so I was in the vicinity of this particular Target after getting my hair cut! I had no shopping list in mind, but I always enjoy slowly cruising through the store to check things out. When I remembered an item I needed, I looked it up in my Target app, which told me which aisle to find it. As I looked a little lost trying to find the aisle, a nice Target employee, Crystal B. quickly asked if she could help me, and proceeded to lead me to it! While I was looking through the food section, I could hear quiet little "hellos" from other employees. At the cash register, Vicky was friendly and engaged in conversation with me. Overall, I had a most pleasant shopping trip, mainly due to the friendly employees. The store was clean, organized and easy to shop. I also shop at Target for value. Prices are pretty competitive so it's a no-brainer for me to shop here. I'm pretty sure I'll be coming back to this store more often!

But it was a different version of the product I wanted (Milani setting spray for my fiancée) and also not the size I was looking for. She said she would find someone to help me. I went to get another item she helped me find, but when I came back no one was there and the "help" she said she would get me wasn't there either. I went up to two other female employees who were just giggling and laughing while stocking and they basically told me I had to wait for someone in the department to come out. I got frustrated and asked them if they could just call someone over and they both started mumbling to themselves and looking around saying "oh I don't know she might be over there somewhere" without directly saying it to me. I was furious at that point. I stopped someone coming out from the back and told them I have asked 3 people and everyone just feels like they shrugged me off. I showed him the item was in stock on the app but just stated it's in the "health and beauty section" but no specific aisle. What did he do? Hit the "specifications" tab on the app, typed in a code on his device, and found it within a couple minutes. I wish I got his name but I already wasted so much time looking for someone to just point me in the right direction instead of giving me the runaround. I'm grateful for the man that helped me find a setting spray that the other 3 women should've been able to find, but wow what a frustrating experience.

Clearance items are priced to sell! I just am not a fan of self check out, so sometimes it takes a little while for a clerk to come to the register. Sometimes they get busy helping another customer. And if you are buying alcohol, you cannot use the self service kiosk and have to wait.

Since my review in 2014, service within the Pharmacy has gotten better. The customer service provided is not great, but it's not bad either for me to rave or complain . This CVS location is very busy and often throughout the day there is a line waiting despite the time. Some days there are many pharm tech working so service is fast while other days there's not a lot and the line is slow. The pharm techs are fast at what they do and is able to answer insurance questions when I've inquired on it. Note: They do not open until 10am and closes later than the normal hour for lunch. I believe it's at 1:30pm.

They also had lots of different types of pasta, coffee, tea, candy, chips, cocktail mixes, and more. I didn't buy anything because I'm trying to cut back on snacks, but I'm still thinking about the shortbread/gingerbread cookies days later. Overall the store was neat and tidy despite the crowded shelves, and the line to checkout was pretty short. In addition to gourmet snacks, the home goods section offers decorative items for the kitchen, garden, and home, as well as necessities like pots & pans, serving dishes, drink-ware, towels, etc. I didn't buy any items, but did make note of some nice home decor I might want to go back for (as well as those cookies).
