Awful. There are some really, really lovely employees so I don't mean to knock them all. But wow. If you aren't opening ANY self check-out lanes on one side, then CLOSE that entrance for folks. Otherwise, you have people waiting in self-check out on both sides of the registers and NO ONE lets the "closed" side go. WHY can't they figure this out? Why? Just close that entrance! If you need pricing help? Nightmare. Literally, no one cares there. Our experience(s) were with employees that move with the urgency of a turkey crossing the road. Brutally slow, effortless, completely apathetic. Customer service did not know the full name of the store manager because "he was new." So no idea. Interesting that they literally had no clue who their manager was. BUT. The bright spot of this store is their pick-up service (and shopper service). Very, very big bright spot and what keeps me coming back week after week. My spend at Walmart has probably quadrupled as I've moved my spending from Target to Walmart almost exclusively thanks to their great service at this location. But I guarantee I'd spend more there if I shopped in store because I am most definitely an impulse buyer. But going IN the store and checking out is SO SO bad that I just avoid it as often as I can.

Many stores do not appear to stock these, and some do not ship them. Walmart's website said they had plenty in stock, and they are only a few minutes away. So I headed out to their "supercenter", to pick up a few. When I arrived, I wandered over to camping, found the fuel section, but could not find the item needed. I was finally able to find an employee to ask for assistance. He said they were out of stock, but the online purchasing and inventory is "completely separate from retail". A short time later I returned home, went back online, found the butane which said it was in stock and available for purchase, and that I'd be able to pick it up within a few hours! I created an account and placed the order. A few hours later, I received a text which said... OUT OF STOCK - ORDER CANCELLED. This was my first experience with Walmart in over 15 years, I'll try to wait at least another 15 years before trying them again! Their slogan should be: Walmart - Trying to Make Amazon Look Good!

Sure enough....just what I thought....jumped up in my face and proceeded to tell me I'ma "Kenny" .....ya know a male "Karen"....not once but at least five times ! He is a lucky man.... In person, the line to pick up medication is always 5-10 people deep. Then when you get to the counter, they tell you it's going to be another 30 minutes. EVERY TIME. They obviously DO NOT CARE about making you sit and wait there with an illness, or if you have a unwell child on your hands. Their prices are also significantly higher than other local pharmacies. I do not use CVS anymore, however, I was forced to use this location during an unfortunate circumstance when I had a sick child that needed medication urgently. Our regular pharmacy had already closed for the evening. Negative 10 stars. Hope they go out of business.

Unfortunately, about 6, maybe 7 months ago, we noticed a stain on the couch, so we called, and at the advice, we did nothing; we didn't want to make it worse. The insurance company we dealt with was the worst; we would call and send them pictures by email, but nothing. At first, Sundeen wanted to avoid getting involved, but after some conversations, they agreed to reach out and intervene with the insurance company. To shorten a very, very long lousy experience story, we ended up with no help, no cleaning, no replacement, nothing. We now have a dried-on stain, and we're looking for a new couch; not at Sundeen, we're looking elsewhere now. It would have just been cleaned out if we had just attempted to clean it when fresh. We tried to do the right thing and not touch and got burnt. Sundeen has lost a loyal customer over this; by all means, buy their furniture, but do not fall for the sales pitch on the protective coating and insurance. We were high and dry by both Sundeen and the insurance company. Bad form, Sundeen, bad form.
