If I could give this site 0 stars I would. I ordered a costume for an event I had coming up. When I received the costume I was excited to try it on. Everything was fine and looked great until I realized the zipper was faulty. It did not fully connect at the top and lock in place, therefore the zipper literally would unzip itself while on or off. The zipper would need to be replaced if I were to keep the costume and wear it which is ridiculous since it was brand new. I contacted them several times to exchange it for the same costume that wasn't damaged, but did not receive a response in time to get a new costume for my event. I then submitted a return to then find out that they would not issue a refund but instead offer me 30% of the cost in a gift card. Why in earth would I want a gift card when I have a damaged item that was never worn. I would NEVER order from here again and am still in the process of trying to speak to someone for a refund. I spent $70 on a costume that was damged and will never be worn. It's absolutely ridiculous. Do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY FROM DOLLS KILL. read more

I am a big fan and have purchased 5 pairs of shoes in 8 months. Recently I purchased boots for $145 and the day after I received them saw they were on sale for $87. I sent a pleasant email saying I love the shoes and asked if I could get store credit for the difference since I just got the shoes. I expected it to be no issue since I could just return the shoes. I received a very short email stating "we don't do price adjustments ". So now I am packaging up shoes that I love and returning them for no reason at all, to then attempt to rebuy at the sale price. I expected a typical decent retail customer service experience. However, the girl working at the fitting room was disrespectful to my sister and I. She ignored us when we were waiting in line and didn't even bother to show us to the rooms that opened up until we went up to her station to ask. To make it worse, with the fitting room doors being literal curtains, she wasn't even monitoring who was going in (after telling my sister and I that we can't share i fitting room, which is understandable of course), and I had a couple random customers open my curtain while I was undressed and they didn't even bother to apologize. I went there because I found a bunch of great shoes online and was going to order many pairs to try on and then return what didn't work. However, their return policy is very different. If you buy online and return, you only get store credit. Since this was my first experience with the company, I decided to make a trip to the store to personally see and try on the things I liked. Dolls Kill is awesome because it has a serious party vibe and GREAT customer service. I found all the girls there to be informative and helpful which I loved. The party vibe comes from the banging music and cool displays. The reason I am not giving it 5 stars is because the parking is a little challenging, and because there are many items you will not be able to see in person at the store. The staff let me know that if I ordered things from the store, and needed to return, I would get fully refunded. So this helped ease my fear of losing money but could still be complicated when you talk about having to go to the store, order from there, and then wait for delivery, etc. All in all, Dolls Kill still rocks for what it is. Hopefully the company will grow enough so the return policy can be more traditional like what we are now used to seeing with many retailers. I went to the store Dollskill LA on Friday 1/11, and i paid at 8:15 pm. I just saw my debit card charge and I was over charged $200 more. It's unbelievable!!! Who hire the stuff there???!!! The stuff super rude, unprofessional! And they are thieves! How can the cashier make mistakes like that.... I checked the receipt and saw that they charged me $60 cash and $260 debit card.... but i paid $260 cash, and after i gave my card to charge $60. Also i received my receipt via email at 11:48pm, it's 3,5 hrs later after my purchase! I need my money back to the account ASAP. I almost got negative charges in my bank because the cashier over charged me $200!!! read more
