I tried to order a coat for my daughter for Christmas. I paid for around $18.00 for overnight shipping. I couldn't confirm my order on the website, so I resubmitted it, again paying overnight shipping. I received the first order well after Christmas. About a week later I received another. I want to return the extra coat. I am expected to pay a shipping free of $7.99 as well. SO I was charged 18.00 for overnight shipping, twice. ($36.00), didn't get it either time. Total extra is roughly $44.00 they won't include in refund. And this company that did such a miserable job wants to refund my money as a Dolls Kill gift card, as if I'd want to order ANYTHING from these lying idiots again. I want my money, including the breach of promise for overnight shipping. And I want a phone number. read more

Hello, I am writing to report an incident that occurred at your Hollywood location during my recent visit. While shopping with my sister, we were followed closely by store security throughout the store, despite not engaging in any suspicious behavior. The surveillance was continuous and noticeably different from how other customers were treated. This made us feel uncomfortable, targeted, and unwelcome. Given the nature of the experience, I am concerned that this treatment may have been the result of racial profiling. Being singled out in this way was upsetting and should not be part of a customer's experience in your store. I am bringing this to your attention because I believe customers should be able to shop without being treated as suspicious based on appearance. I hope this concern is taken seriously and addressed appropriately. i am traumatized truly and to the security who was watching me closely, that was INCREDIBLY insulting i would NEVER steal at dolls kill for cheap ass SHIT YOU GOT ME FUCKED UP !!!! read more
