This is one of my first experiences at a spa and I'm so glad I chose this location. I took my mom for the first time to enjoy a spa day she much deserved! Service was great, rooms, were nice and clean and the staff was super hospitable :) Since taking her I've gone back numerous times in the past year. I bought a Groupon package for a full body massage and a facial at Dolphin Blue Spa and have to say it was a great experience! They're a new business so all the furniture and equipment is gorgeously new. The space itself is very bright and relaxing as well. They were also extremely accommodating when I had to change my appointment time due to a schedule conflict. I had the massage first in which you can choose a male or female masseuse. I don't remember the name of my masseuse but she was really good at getting all the knots in my shoulders. I was feeling some back pain this week so I especially went for a massage with this in mind. She applied the right amount of pressure and I felt good enough that I snoozed a little during the middle. I feel loads better after! However, I don't think the massage was a full hour since she walked out there times for about 2-5 mins each time but it was so comfortable that I don't even mind that. Full five stars for the massage! That being said, the facial was good but not the best I've had. My masseuse was also my aestetician and to be honest she got a lot of the facial products in my mouth by overpouring on my face. I paid $30 extra for extractions to be done since I have oily skin and need those pores cleaned out. She used a machine for cleaning and removing the gunk out but I don't think the removal was done as cleanly or fully as other places I've been to. Usually, my previous aesteticians followed up the machine extraction with manual extraction to ensure everything's cleaned out. And $30 extra for extractions is pretty pricy in my experience. Most places I go to include the extractions with the facial or add an extra $10-25 max. Regardless, it was still an overall positive experience. As I previously stated, amazing massage and decent facial experience! I would definitely recommend others to come and give this place a shot. They recently opened so everything is still sparkingly new and clean. They have great deals on Groupon and in store if you ask them! This was the worst massage I've ever received. Please go to a registered massage therapist for your body, it's not worth having someone injure you to save a few dollars! There were no real techniques used in this massage other than fast rubbing. Please don't make the mistake of going here, this is your BODY. Nothing about this was a therapeutic massage. I am sore from the chaos that was this massage. There were random hot stones incorporated that were way too hot to be useful, after I said no thank you, the person massaging me continued to use them. I've come here a few times for a massage but never been so bullied to leave a tip. They charged $5 for tax using a Groupon. I gave $20 and asked for singles which they didn't have. The spa and massages are amazing, arguably the best massage I've ever had but their customer service can use some work. They don't have anyone at the location that speaks fluent English and will jip you off of paid service time because of the "language barrier." I've been twice, the first time my boyfriend and I were supposed to have a two hour service for each of us through Groupon, they made it seem like it was two hours combined for the both of us. Neither of us were in the mood to go back and forth as we were exhausted as new parents. The second time, my boyfriend booked me for a two hour massage and a one hour hand/reflexology massage and I don't know how the wires got crossed but I ended up getting a three hour body massage and my God it was amazing. I slept like a baby as we worked out every knot and massaged me so well. Book directly with them as opposed to through Groupon, better pricing and less likely to be confusing for them. They also see more money that way because Groupon takes a portion of the booking. Would highly recommend but go early so that you are all on the same page about what the service is and how long it is supposed to be. read more

Not a very accommodating or transparent business. Beware that even if you use Groupon, they will require an additional $5 tax and minimum of $10 tip, regardless of your experience. I didn't have a great experience especially after the massage and they wouldn't budge and raised their voices. Would have tipped them more than the minimum if they hadn't been so difficult and not transparent about their pricing. This would be all be reasonable if they told you upfront, but they don't until the very last minute. Highly recommend them think about whether getting that extra $5 was worth it to their business. read more

I came here once a few weeks ago, and the place was clean and new. I do want to note, however, that the payment experience was very off-putting, as I was pressured to not use my Groupon. While I had already bought it so wanted to use it, I was still charged more money on top of the Groupon at the front desk. They told me this was standard practice, although I have used many Groupons for hair cuts and massages throughout the city and have never encountered this. I was also told I needed to tip more money. While I am by no means a stingy tipper, I was not incredibly pleased with the massage (I noted I have chronic shoulder/upper back pain, and most of the massage focused on my legs), so I think it should be up to the customer to decide what they tip. I took advantage of the check in discount here. Was pretty happy i did This place is located right by my office. Always was curious. So the place is pretty new looking. Nice and clean. It could benefit with less harsh lighting but they got dimmers in each of the private room which we covered by heavy curtains. Nice ones. The place definiete significantly less dingy looking than other place around this price point. The lady i was with was very ordinary at 1st. I don't believe that in massages where there is a towel or a napkin between their hands and your skin. Its a simply inferior way of getting a massage. Anyway she started using locations without the towel and it was way better. Also she listened to the level of strength i wanted. Her english may not be all that but she clearly knew what i wanted and was able to hit key areas effectively. I would come here again. Hope results are same or better. I would recommend to the establishment to skip the hot towel wipe down or get them hotter or more of them. Other than that it was a solid experience for the price range. read more

On two separate occasions I called to schedule a couples massage at Dolphin Blue Spa and when I arrived at the spa I was told they had "called me earlier" to let me know they didn't have availability at that time. They had not, in fact, called me. On the first occasion they sent me and my girlfriend into a room and had us disrobe and lay on the massage tables for 10-15 minutes before coming in and explaining to us that they didn't have any available masseuses for our scheduled massage. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and they helped me reschedule for a few days later - when we returned a few days later they did the EXACT SAME THING - claimed they had called me (despite having NOT called me) and told me there was no one available for our scheduled massage. Do not come here! The people here are beyond rude and will try to rip you off. I bought a Groupon for this place and they will try to get you to buy the deal directly from them, this way they pocket 100% of the money. Once you tell them that you bought the Groupon, they will make it hell to book and tell you that you can't use the Groupon on the weekends. Mind you, there's nowhere that reads it is not valid on weekends. Finally, once they allow you to book, they will give you slots that nobody wants and inform you that there are no other free slots. However if you check the website, there are plenty of time slots open with different masseuses. I had to call them four times and email them just to try to get a slot. They never answered my email, because they don't want a paper trail. Just be careful if you do decide to come here as it will add additional stress. read more

This was the worse experience I ever encountered where do I start... First they called me twice the same day as my appointment to confirm which was annoying. I booked for a couple's massage in which my masseuse was the same guy who was behind the desk answering calls. The lady who massaged my boyfriend kept leaving the room and at one point another staff entered the room to talk to her at this point I was ready to go.
