From the outside, it looks like a simple quiet café but as you enter, you realize they have a back patio that is completely packed. Unfortunately, my experience here was underwhelming. I ordered the turkey sandwich & it came out with a bunch of raw bacon on it. I was told that the bacon is precooked and put on the sandwich, so I ordered another without the bacon on it. It was not only not crispy, it just wasn't cooked. Even after I got it without the bacon, I didn't really enjoy it. My boyfriend enjoyed his breakfast sandwich with the sausage, even though the egg was a little thick. I really wanted to love this, and it was solid meal, but looking back, nothing to rave about. We came here at the end of summer and there was a LINE out the door. We waited maybe 20-30 min in line before we finally made it inside and got seated. Absolutely packed inside. Definitely a good vibe for a weekend brunch, lovely interior with lots of sunlight, but it was a bit weird dining next to the line of people waiting to get seated and overhearing their commentary on what's on everyone's tables. The line also grew exponentially while we were eating since it was getting close to noon. We ordered the Breakfast Plate and Chicken Caesar Wrap. Breakfast Plate was expensive for what it was. The hash brown that came with it was probably the only stand out. It was perfectly crispy and not dry. The Chicken Caesar Wrap was flavorful although a bit dry at times. If I had to get it again, I would just get it in salad form. I wouldn't pass up on the chance to come back, but I probably wouldn't go out of my way to come try this place again. I have a feeling we might of just ordered wrong. Next time, I would try the Grain Bowl or Turkey Sando. read more

Updating my review since I've been back a few times and tried more menu items. I recently tried the breakfast sandwich which I loved! The eggs were quite fluffy and the English muffin was tasty. Highly recommend getting the hash brown too - it's delicious. The Caesar salad is yummy also! The kata club is still probably one of my favorite things; it's just so unique and fresh. It was very busy on a Saturday at 10:30am but also not impossible to find a table. Not a big place so grab a table as quick as possible. All worth it. If you are looking for a "sit down service" establishment, this is not that . It is about the food quality and quick service and take out. My nephew lives close by and recommended it for the food. Not much ambiance but not here for that. What stood out even more was the overall vibe behind the counter... there were a lot of employees just standing around talking, and the attitude came off a bit uppity. It doesn't quite match the casual nature of the restaurant, and it makes the experience feel less welcoming than it should. I hate to even say it because the food really is good, but service matters.
