The whole experience was mediocre at best because of several reasons: 1) Despite a dine-in indication at the kiosk check-out, our order arrived in a paper bag with single-use disposables. 2) They were not particularly busy but we had to wait 25 minutes for our order to be ready. 3) Our order had four items and two of them were missing at pick-up. Here is what we tried: latte, pain au raisins, carrot curry soup, and quiche with spinach and mushroom. The latte and soup were lukewarm. The pain au raisins is soft and packed with golden raisins but I think it could have had a better caramelization. The quiche was tender and creamy but it did not come with the salad that was indicated on the menu.

What was most disappointing was that despite acknowledging they made a mistake and making us wait nearly an hour, nothing was taken off the bill and there was no real attempt to make it right. Great quality, they use La Colombe Coffee, originally La Colombe Torrefaction) is a US coffee roaster and retailer headquartered in Philadelphia. The company currently has cafés in Philadelphia, New York, Washington, Boston, and Chicago. La Colombe is representative of roasters that originated in the third wave of coffee, and was one of the early pioneers of direct trade coffee sourcing. The only thing is that they do not offer flavors, so that's the only downside.
