My brand new AC system installed by the home builder started with a leak that left us with issuing a warranty claim after the first year of operation. The warranty repair never sealed the leak and we ended up with a sweltering home in the middle of summer in just a couple years. I found RASP HVAC on Yelp a few years later and after taking to Joseph thought he might be able to find the leak. Even though he wasn't able to find the leak, Joseph went the extra mile to check every component in the system and even some that aren't so obvious or easily accessible. Knowing he couldn't find the leak, he gave me a discount on the recharge. The system has operated superbly since then. I was especially impresses with Graham (from Nashville). Soon I will be installing a new Master bath toilet and will probably call them for that, as well as new faucets in the Master Bath area. These are not the cheapest guys but the job they do is excellent. That said, I signed up for a yearly twice a year maintenance visit, and their office does not do a great job of following up or letting the customer know what is going on or when they would like to come out. Next maintenance should be around October. Use 'em they do a good job. Not sure about their maintenance program.
