My AC has been out since last Weds evening. My landlord knew Jason of ACCU so we called them, and they came out the next day Thursday. They tried for a good 3-1/2 hrs to try to get my old system running but to no avail. The lead man Allen or Alan, with his apprentice Ethan were awesome, and provided a detailed estimate to my landlord. At first they weren't going to be able to return until the following Thursday but Thank God they made room for me today, Tuesday, and installed a new split system with a heat pump inside unit and a new fan condenser outside, and knocked it out in one say! Alan or Allen, is a really great dude and a great lead man or trainer for young Ethan, who has electrical background. They worked endlessly, as a team, as PROS while being very likeable guys too! And back in the office Sandra was just as awesome! ACCU apparently has merged and now offer electrical contracting as well. I couldn't more highly recommend and GREAT COMPANY! Definitely recommend these guys. I contacted everyone local with a lot of reviews and all other contractors wanted to just sell. The service I requested exceeded expectations. I knew my unit needed to likely be replaced but, I was not positive. Jason came out checked out the leaks on my 16 year old unit. Saw it had been previously repaired half baked by the previous home owner or realtor. He provided reasonable prices and replacement options. He also fixed the flow of my A/C system into a room that was super hot during peak summer time. The team was kind professional and welcoming. I'm a super paranoid individual that doesn't allow anyone into my home without someone vouching for them. But when I met Jason his demeanor came off as your helpful neighbor that just happens to know HVAC. We had a strange odor in our home and wanted to have our ductwork inspected. This was a job my husband used to do before he passed away. The one in the upstairs' hallway ceiling is particularly difficult to get to and for this senior citizen is not easy to reach when changing.
