Recently purchased a property in Ramona with a good portion covered with weeds. Contacted Domingo's landscape service and within a couple days he and his crew arrived. It took them a full day to clear the weeds, what an amazing improvement . They returned the next day and replaced the entire irrigation system. He cut down a macadamia tree for me that was too close to the house, and I was uncomfortable to cut on my own. "Landscapers" are everywhere in San Diego. We've tried working with half a dozen, but have never been satisfied with the result. Domingo and his team are truly a tier above the rest. We wanted to remove some bushes from a hillside to create more flat space in our yard. To do this we needed a retaining wall. "Anyone" can build a retaining wall, but building one that will hold up to time is a skill. Domingo and his team didn't cut any corners. They dug out the hill and built a solid foundation instead of just making it "look" good. We couldn't be happier and will definitely be working with him in the future. read more

Domingo was responsive when I needed a quote, he was very pushy when scheduling a time for an estimate, despite me explaining I had work meetings. Regardless we accommodated his time requests. He came to our home and did an initial clean at a hefty price but we paid since he agreed to come on a routine basis at a more reasonable price going forward. He agreed with my husband that we would send one of his employees to come do the basic maintenance. When we attempted to schedule the routine visits he said that was not necessary, that his employee would come to check every couple of weeks and do the needed work and we would just Venmo him. After 3 weeks of not seeing anyone come by, we reached out and did not hear back. My husband reached out again after 4 weeks and Domingo responded via text saying he didn't know who we were and did not recall coming to our home or providing services to us. My husband showed him the Venmo payment and then Domingo changed his tune, and said he would come check out the yard to see what needed to be done. When we asked when and what time he would be able to stop by, he completely ghosted us. I even tried to reach him via Yelp, where I found him, saying I understand there may have been a bit of an oversight and wanted to connect, and he read the message, but he never responded. We understand people are busy and are flexible with vendors as we value and respect their time, we would have appreciated a message saying "hey I can't come for the next week or so, but does x time work for you?". Domingo exhibits poor communication , is unreliable, and definitely did not provide a good customer experience. I would not recommend. read more

It is hard to communicate with the workers as they don't speak English or very little, as well as it's not the same guys who come out. They don't seem to remember what they should be doing or not doing. read more
