Alfredo returned our pool to salt water chlorination, we've done equipment upgrades, lighting repairs over the years and I trust them implicitly with their recommendations. Ozonator is not lighting. I wish he had told me earlier. (again feels like bait-n-switch) 3.) The house did not move, it's 9 miles from the office, towards the center of the service area. Why is it to far out of the route, if others are serviced in Morgan Hill? He did a GREAT job cleaning the spa. For that I give the 2 stars. I feel like there was something more as to why he won't do regular service. He gave 2 reasons, location and Bromine. I can switch to Chlorine, but can not move my house. If he knew the location from our first text, why take the job? (edited after response, I lowered it to one star. I'm sorry it was filthy/dirty. I told you it went a few months needing the filter, I sent pictures. You did not call or try to reach me with concerns.
