But I can now help - What they call a "buffet" is really just the trays where you pick what you want to load on your plate. A buffet with meat and 1 side is $7.99. Add a dollar for each additional side. Add a few dollars if you want two meats or double meat. So with that pricing in mind, you can mix and match what you'd like. And it's still a great value. I don't know what tasted stale last time, but the two I had this time - the stewed chicken and their sausage - were both great. The sausage carried a little bit of heat to it, and they threw in hot sauces for the chicken (they asked!). I had yuca fries and they were wonderful as I let them marinate in the stew. So update: This is now added to my Boonton rotation. I'm glad I gave them a second try.
