    Daniels Auto Care took very good care of us. My daughter broke down and we had to tow the car. AAA recommended. Honest and Great Service!!!

    Im a single mom who values being able to go to a reliable mechanic and go about my life . I've been…read moregoing here for years - until last week . I took my truck to get brand new brakes and rotors and some how these fellas ended up keeping my truck for 6+ hours because they broke my gear shifter . they were less than forth coming about it and then tried to send me home with my keys stuck in the ignition. the new owner I'm assuming who is very sexist and racist began to antagonize me and insult me by saying "what do you want me to do? i don't have a magic wand !" in response to his team breaking my vehicle !! he made me pay $400 then tried to hold my car for 2 days until I got my father on the phone then he decided to comple change his tone and let me take my truck . as soon as I left I realized my brakes were worse than EVER before and I returned that Monday to have them looked at and I was told to "let the paint wear off" immediately upon leaving I got 3 new lights on my dash and the sexist racist rude owner pretended like he couldn't feel the grinding my brakes was doing !! he then insulted me called me names and told me to leave accusing me of taking advantage of him when he's done nothing but take my money and ruin my car further . it's already a bad car but to make it worse and insult me and kick me out of your business because of your teams mistakes is less than acceptable and I plan to take this business to court . I really trusted these people until last weekend . don't go there. especislly if your black or a woman !! they do not appreciate you . I feel so bad for the man's team , there are some really nice people there but the owner is horrible

I live over 40min away & yet still drive up to this shop just because of the customer service & quality of work they do. They always let me know what exactly is wrong & allow me the decision whether to go through w the work or wait for a better time. I typically go for routine oil changes, however have done other work such as getting O2 sensors, catalytic converters, intakes, tires, etc. The value I've received here is exceptional & prices are great too! I've compared parts they'd locate to parts I can get online myself & 9/10 times it's usually within $20-50 difference. They also will install your parts for you if you decide to buy it on your own.

    The absolute worst experience I have ever encountered at a shop. I am an honest person who treats…read moreother equal professionally and with respect so let me state my review. I came to this shop from a recommendation of a close friend who works at a tow company. When I got my car there. I as a customer should not have to help professional mechanics move my car. That is there job. When an employee gives a customer a price that price is set. No one pressured that set price nor encouraged that set price. I as a customer should not have to call a business more then 5 times to get a response. I as a customer should not have to text a business over and over and still get no response back. I had to keep driving my other car up to the shop just to get info regarding my vehicle which is absolutely unacceptable. This shop has 3 employees and only 2 mechanics and only 1 person will answer the call. They give you dates and promises that they cannot meet. Those dates and promises constantly get pushed back. It is a fact that my transmission got put in correctly after I had to pull up and watch them make sure they didn't mess my transmission up which I should not had to do. They tell me I need to order a rear drive shaft which after research is false. All the rear drive shafts are the same exact same size made for a certain amount of years. My drive shaft had to be cut. This result ended with me driving my vehicle and a day later my cap which is a universal unit connected to the rear yolk of my rear drive shaft ended up breaking. Driveline in springfield will fix my issue and for a fair and reasonable price because no customer should have gone through what I had to go through with any shop. These workers did me wrong and that is just the fact of the matter. I treated them with respect and with honesty and was kind also. I had to call them way too many times and I had to keep showing up every other week just to get my job done, explaining them I need my car for work. When you give a customer a set date for projects to get done that is what's supposed to be expected. It is not right or fair for a customer to pay for parts and fluid the shop should take of. They need better tools also and this could have been prevented. This is a place of business and matters need to be handled professionally regardless if a customers pockets are deep or not. You never know the kind of friends that customer has that could help this business expand and get more work then they already have which means more revenue. I did not want to give this review but they didn't even finish all the work required and now I have to go to another place to get it done. Luckily my reputation in the car world is known and respected and the workers / owners at driveline in springfield know me and will get the job done correctly with a customer satisfied. I will never go back this place of business after all the trouble I had went through that no customer should deal with. Take the time and do research first before coming to this shop.
