This is a repair shop like all of them should be! They may not be the fastest, BUT they get the problem fixed the FIRST time and the prices are more than reasonable. After years of having a Check Engine light hounding me and various repairs at other shops (even replacing the same part TWICE), they figured out on the first visit that a mouse chewed through my wiring harness which was causing the light to come on. They are the only place I trust to do the work as well as I would myself. They provide fair prices and quality work. I also like that they will allow me to bring in the parts that I want to be used and just charge me the normal labor. Sometimes I can get the parts a little cheaper, I can get a specific brand that I want, or I can buy Autozone replacement parts with a lifetime warranty. They are pleased to install these for me. I've been taking my cars to Mike, Ron and Myron for years now. After being flat out ripped off by dealers and others in town, I found them to be extremely honest with fair prices. They do not oversell like dealers do, they don't add on other allegedly "absolute must do or your car will die" type situations. Great Great service, I have live in the area for about 4 years and I own an old Chevy nova, I had them inspected and serviced for a couple of years and they are as honest and professional as it gets. These guys give you straight information that will get your car fixed in a hurry and for the least cost! And they stand behind their work!! They sell tires and a fix cars. They can do a safety inspection sticker in a flash! They're also hardwired into the myCARFAX system, Therefore, you can check your repair history on your smart phone at any time. Amazing service, I took my Mazda 3 in and needed to replace a tire, and he did research and found me a good price and was super helpful! I felt like he was on my side and trying to help me get back on the road for a reasonable price and not trying to charge me for pricey repairs I didn't need. I went to get my emissions and inspection done in October 2016. The gentleman forgot to do my emissions and I thought he had done so and paid what he charged me. So DMV informed me that they only did the inspection. I called them this morning and the guy on the phone said well YOU didnt tell him what needed to be done. I said the sign said emission and inspection. why on earth would you only do one??? he seemed out of it and tired that day but if you are an inspector and its busy you should let people know what was done and what wasent. Now I have to take time off of work to go get this taken care of. read more

I've been coming to Daniel's Auto Care for about one year now. Every time the provide me with excellent service. I went in not sure what was wrong with my keyhole and they ran their own diagnostic report and didn't even charge me. Even though they weren't able to fix it, I appreciated that they didn't charge me out the a$$ for labor, whole the dealership i called said $109 for the report, $288 for labor, who knows what for the part.......seriously? I went to this place in a bind after someone let the air of my tires. They instantly got my car in, assessed the damage and gave me a quote for new tires. I was hesitant to buy that day so they were able to repair the tire I have for the time being and got several written quotes from them. They also recommended I not replace my tires with the same top of line tires currently on my car (which would have cost almost $1,000) and were and recommended several alternatives and took the time to explain to both me and my insurance company what the differences between them were...despite the fact that they would have made much more money had I gone with the top of the line Michelin tires. I called several places for quotes- including Costco- and their estimate was cheaper for a place I knew I would get good work and support a local business- I will continue to go back there and recommend it highly. read more

Daniel's Auto Care came highly recommended and although I was a little hesitant to trust them with my Toyota Camry because they haven't been reviewed in the last couple of years, thus far I am completely at ease. I had made an appointment to take in my car for some work that needed to be done and at first I had thought I might have made a mistake and had entered the wrong building. I had reached the counter and though there were no other customers in front of me, none of the three working gentleman there available, seemed eager to welcome me. Once I was acknowledged, the process of checking in was a breeze. Mike (not the owner, I suppose) was very professional. They called me about 1 hour after I had left my vehicle with them and explained clearly what I expected to pay for the services and they seemed reasonable enough with their prices. this place is horrible!!! took my mothers car there to get it diagnosed (knowing it has multiple issues) the engine was running rough and we needed to know what it was and get it fixed asap. these people put 2 quarts of oil in her car, flooding it, and told her that all she needed was and engine air filter. NOTHING else, even though we KNOW that there are many things wrong with it. what a bunch of HACKS!!!! we had white smoke pouring out of the engine about 10mins away from the shop. NEVER EVER take your car here unless you want them to blow it up!!!!! read more

We have been taking our cars to Daniels Auto for almost 10 years and I wouldn't take them anywhere else! Early on I too had actually tried a couple of other places and like many here have remarked, was told that I needed unnecessary repairs at significant cost for parts & service. Then, returned to Daniels Auto and was told, "no way"...or if did need, got it done at far less expense!" They are way above board on every service. Not only do they give you the straight-up info and recommendation about what your car needs, they'll even tell you what is a real priority and what can wait til later; in the event your budget can't afford getting it all done at the same time. They are never pushy and never give you the hard sell on any of their products or services. I have never felt like they were just trying to take advantage of my lack of knowledge about cars or parts needed, as I have with others. You really cannot find this "outstanding" level of customer care and service these days! read more
