Manager and staff very unprofessional. Argue with customer when complaining shouldn't be allowed. Ordered medium 2 topping pizza with Parmesan bites. Pizza was cold and bites over done. Bites sat in oven heat too long before removing with I'm sure caused to be over cooked. Manager explained oven is in set temp. Even so bites wouldn't be overcooked if temp is pre set. Staff shouldn't mislead customers. This location has consistently put out more bad product than good and needs serious quality control addressed. Its about what you'd expect from any typical Domino's. Not meant to be great pizza by any means, Id probably give any Dominos a 2 or 3 star normally. What really earned this two star is the complete lack of customer service when your order goes bad. Why would my pizza tracker say "delivered" when its not in my hands? Wrong person? Premature status update? Who knows, cause I don't. My number is always in the instructions and after 50 minutes nothing. There's a button on the website that lets you notify them something is wrong, and they even offered me 60 points (free pizza) for compensation. Great right? WRONG the page where you type in your email to receive compensation conveniently has an error. I tried 3 times and got an error all 3 times, and my notification about me never receiving my pizza did not get processed. Next sensible thing is to call the physical store right? I call in and I get told by a machine I am being connected to a representative. Only for it to hang up on me right away. I try this again, 3 times and get hung up on 3 times. Not really surprised at this point. But really how can you fail on so many levels? Failure to deliver, failure to compensate, failure to communicate, failure to refund. Worst pizza experience yet. This location's delivery has been getting progressively worse, climbing from 35 minutes to 105 minutes to travel 5 miles. The customer service is poor and the pizza tonight, though hot for a change, was laden with grease and cheese that had slid off the pie. Time to frequent another establishment for pizza. read more

Arrived five minutes later and check in for 'Guaranteed 2 minute carside delivery'. Missed that, employee came out and told me it was being pushed through and would be another 5 minutes. This might seem odd, but this is our go to pizza place. I drive past four other pizza places to get to Dominos, because their prices are great and their pizzas are consistent. We order special toppings and specific crusts through the iOS app and when I go to pick it up, it's always hot and fresh thanks to the order tracker! Very rarely do I get a pizza that does not meet expectations (no one is perfect), and usually the worst offense is that it isn't cut as completely as it could be. My guess is they're trying to reduce delivery mishaps, so I just cut it again when I get it home. If you have picky eaters that prefer toppings just right and crusts in a particular way, then go with this Dominos. read more

I ordered a large Hawaiian pizza from this Dominos Restaurant. When it got delivered (good, prompt service), I looked in the box and it looked great except that there was NO pineapple on the pizza. I called and explained what had happened and the employee or Manager that I spoke with said they would get a proper Hawaiian pizza at to me as soon as possible. Shortly after the call, I got a GORGEOUS, tasty HAWAIIAN pizza. People make mistakes. I know I do at times. The way in which a mistake is handled is what matters. I ordered one medium pepperoni with extra sauce, one medium Italian sausage with extra saucer and 8 mango wings. It seems like this restaurant doesn't know what extra sauce by reading reviews and what I got. The pepperoni had very little sauce, that made me upset. The other had less than the regular amount. Absolutely disgusting pizza. They can never seem to put the correct amount of sauce on their food. You ask for extra sauce, they give you way too much your pizza becomes soggy. You ask for normal sauce, and they give you a fifth of the amount it should have. The ingredients are nasty and the "extra flavor" they sprinkle all over their pizza was never asked for. Must be some Domino's signature nasty spice of some kind. To make matters worse, when you order something with 4 toppings, you only get one-fourth's worth of eaching topping instead of FOUR FULL TOPPINGS. If I am paying for FOUR toppings, I expect ALL FOUR PORTIONS. Their prices and deals beat Papa John's, but when you factor in the fact it tastes like cardboard with burned cheese, you'll want to pay the extra $2 elsewhere. The ONLY thing they make that is good (assuming they don't screw up the amount of sauce you ask for) are the thin crust pizzas as long as you only ask for pepperoni as your topping. AWFUL service! Called the Aberdeen Domino's 3 times trying to place an order - 35 minutes before closing time! No answer... So I placed an order online, only to get a call 2 minutes later, at 11:47PM, to inform me that my order would not be delivered, because they stop making the food at 11:45PM (even though the store does not close until 12:00AM!). The folks here do not care on how they make pizza. The dough is always thin and gets very soggy. When you pull a slice to eat, you only get half of it. Rest you can eat with a fork.
